I am absolutely appalled and in disbelief of the treatment I'm receiving from discovery vehicle claims , following my car being in a minor accident that had a ridiculous panel beater quote exceeding repair bracket ,deeming my vehicle as write off ,i disputed that and was told i have the option of getting a certified panel beater to quote my car and the difference was shocking. I shared the quote with Nombulelo Hegeni only for her to tell me I wasn’t supposed to be given the offer , after i spoken to numerous claim’s consultants who told me i can get an alternative quote which will be approved as long as its less 65% of the retail value, the service and constant repeating myself with every consultant because no one knows what they are doing is the worst, i need my car repaired as it is in a reparable state i will not allow insurance to manipulate clients into opting for what is most favourable to them!!! Im going straight to the ombudsman with this claim!! I will be moving my bank, medical aid and canceling vitality after im done with this !!
Absolutely disgusting and Incredibly poor experience, after booking a table we were placed in the most impractical space. smallest table with the most uncomfortable seating. After a number of complaints and the inability to place us at an actual table, we were told that there was a 15 minute waiting period for cancellations, this was after pointing out an empty table -got into an argument with the coloured rude waitress at the tasting room never in my life after visiting numerous wine farms have I received such a low class service ended up leaving.

The disrespect of your staff members at sundownroad parking KFC is disgusting after waiting for 40 min for a crunch burger mind you i was buying in a drive through and was told to wait on the side for my order i lost my patience and went inside the store only to be disrespected by the very same stuff member who told me to wait in the car for my order she will bring it the manager was nonchalant and couldn’t even apologise on this employee behaviour EVERY time i go to this branch it’s always a problem the long drive through(at every hour of the day) the short order i have experience Today was the last straw!!!!This needs to be flagged
Worse experience after many years of not visiting the cinema bought tickets online went to the movies in the evening only to be told movie is cancelled due to loadshedding no sms notification no email notification a waste of my time and petrol in this economy is just disrespectful. i want a refund and i will remember to continue watching Netflix if the cinema is degraded to this extent
