Disappointed Telkom customer I've been a loyal customer, paying my monthly bills on time, but surprisingly, they closed my account due to an 'error' on their part. To make matters worse, they reported false information on my credit profile, damaging my credit score. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is appalling. No notification, no explanation, just abrupt account closure. Issues: - Inaccurate credit reporting - Unjust account closure - Poor communication - Disregard for customer loyalty Advice: Double-check your credit report and account status regularly. Consider alternative providers that value customer relationships. Rating Breakdown: - Reliability: 1/5 - Customer Service: 1/5 - Billing Accuracy: 1/5 - Overall Satisfaction: 1/5 Until they address these issues and improve their services, I would not recommend Telkom to anyone.
My niece was purchasing a smartphone from Vodacom online, the amount of R26k was deducted from her account although her order failed to complete and on the bank statement it appears as "transaction not processed" but Capitec doesn't want to assist with reversing it.... Capitec Bank I am dissatisfied with your service.
My niece purchased an iPhone 13 pro at Vodacom online(prepaid)the problem the amount was deducted from her account although Vodacom status states error.... We tried contacting Vodacom to assist but no luck, the bank requires authorisation letter for money to be reversed but no one is assisting from Vodacom side😱..... It's so frustrating how a big company like Vodacom can't help with online order😱😱 all their consultant and vodacom stores for contracts client, who is going to assist those for prepaid orders, I am dissatisfied to the core.
