I just want my money back, he is you employee who lies .
It’s strange how I can go to game N1 city and lay a compliant about a Man named Romeo Ndlovu who took R45000 and ****med R10000 of my money lying he is a receptionist at game and can give discounts when he is only an off s**** from game they ask me to send an e mail at head office which I did case number 28AQV and all I’m told is I should go back and lay a complaint at the same store. Makes you wonder what’s really going on ?

Terrible customer service, very disappointed.
This is very shameful that people can spend somuch money and yet save poor customer service, I have tried to reach out through emails and yet no response or calls picked up. It’s like you are just there to take peoples money and that’s it. All I want is to change dates of my booking for my wife’s birthday concerning the booking number 6095089841.

PlayStation took money without my concern from my account and I reported the matter as *****. You blocked my account and gave me new card you promised to resolve the matter and refund back my money I have not been refunded and they have taken money from my account again with new card, what help are you providing really ?

Theft and *****.
I need my refund this is ***** and theft !!, I made a booking 1 week prior and never checked my app again on the day of checking in only to find out my booking was cancelled due to an invalid credit card, the same card I used to pay the R810 deposit with and the same card I used to book again since my booking was cancelled. My confirmation no was 4546735108 for the 1st of July to 6th

Give me my ****ing money back Uber before I charge with with *****
I have unrecognised charges that haven’t been paid back until now, I have submitted everything and I have not got and answers or way forward. I reached out to my bank and I was informed the transfer was reversed and that’s why you money was not reflecting. I am about to open a ***** case for taking my money from my account with out my concern. I need my money back please
