I purchased a Shoprite voucher for someone in need. I had an issue and contacted Computicket via phone as well as email. Usually very good and responsive, but this time no response. Message on phone is that they are experiencing high call volumes. I’ve run out of airtime twice now. No acknowledgment of email! Disappointing

I had an issue with my network connection. I contacted Rain for assistance and had the worse experience with an agent who did not escalate my issue as promised. I called back later and dealt with the most amazing agent. She listened, took action and referred me to the nearest walk-in centre. I also received a call from someone by the name of Sakelo, shortly after my call with the agent. My issues were solved in 15 mins at the walk-in centre. Thanks for the great service.

Poor service, things do not happen as promised and they also do not get back to members to give feedback as promised.
As if buying second hand clothes from this shop was not enough, what would make Truworths think that I need a store account from them! I received a store account card from them in the post! I did not apply for it!
I purchased a packet of vanilla cupcake mix which was full of black specks. I returned the item to `Pnp who advised me to contact Golden Cloud. I was not hopeful after I read the reviews here, but Golden Cloud came through and responded via email as well as reaching out telephonically. Happy customer.
I purchased a pair of exercise tights at your Waterfront store which was on sale for 260.00.on my credit card. The label on the set of tights was tacky and the set of tights was not held together as a new item when I purchased it. A day after I gifted the tights, it was returned to me and I was asked if the tights were worn as it was full of hair on the inside and the there was pilling especially the crotch area. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman on the 6th September who stated that the manager will call me. Khanye, the store manager, called me the same day and stated that she will discuss with area manager and will call me back. During my call with Khanye I disclosed that I purchased it with a card and do not have the slip. She did not call me back on the 6th and I visited the waterfront store during lunchtime on the 9th and was told Khanye was on lunch. The sales assistant at the sales desk called someone to assist me and she asked me if had inspected this item before I bought it...of course I did not check the item for defects , nor for hair. The lady I dealt with refused to give me her name when I asked for it. I asked her if she can look up the invoice, she did not answer me on that, she only stated the return policy. I can accept that I do not have the invoice anymore nor a label. Should the staff not check an item when a customer returns a clothing item? She kept on saying this item was worn, which I knew after it was returned to me. She would not accept that Truworths has sold me a used item of clothing. According to the store assistant I dealt with, I was not consistent as I told them the item was for a family member and then I mentioned my mother!! Is my mother not a family member? She advised me that I could give it away to someone. I left the item in store as I did not want it. I am certain that the staff I dealt with at the store did not inform the store manager that I was there as she did not call me back. Why would the store manager say she will discuss with area manager and then not give me feedback? The store assistant I dealt with said this is for area manager to decide, but then she made her own decision.
Bought two shoprite vouchers online but no sms received. Unable to get through on number listed on website and no support from chat. What a waste of time
