A 1 Star is not even equivalent to the atrocious service Hibiscus Private Hospital Port Shepstone has; the staff is HIGHLY unprofessional and condescending...if you individually studied and took an oath to serve and save lives then kindly do YOUR job!!! Not only do they cut your calls when enquiring over patients, but the very same patients are treated like trash as if they're visiting for aesthetics and not actually sick and needing URGENT medical attention. This isn't the 1st incident, currently my mom is a patient there since early Sat morning, and still with no diagnosis and to make matters worse, the so-called Nephrologists who's meant to attend to her did not even acknowledge her yesterday evening, after being "called" numerous times to come do his actual job since Sunday...he casually rocked up at 16:35 and ignored her and walked off!!! No introductions, no words exchanged, just a NASTY ATTITUDE and UNPROFFESSIONALISM from someone who vowed to save lives...how dare you do that when someone is sickly, and you have no idea of the seriousness of their illness because YOU HAVEN'T attempted to find out???? If you can't do your jobs; refer the cases to someone who does or better yet, move the patient to a better serving hospital because you're failing DISMALLY.
The Mobile department has not only blocked my "feedback" that they claim matters but has continuously been charging me for their sim card that I said I did not want but was told is FREE (the biggest lie) ...every email is filled with excuses and further extended "30-day notices" that make no sense...their consultants will call you and pretend to be transferring you to get assistance while they drop your calls. I regret ever opening an account with the MR PRICE GROUP because all they've done is send me from pillar to post after overwhelming me with a million calls wanting me to sign up for things I don't need. How do you FALSELY sell a product then not want to be accountable? Now you've BLOCKED my survey questionnaire because I'm unhappy. Don't treat people like that with their monies!!!
25 January 2024 my monthly debit bounced as I had not been paid yet, I get notified 2 days or so before last day of the month that there was no payment received and I immediately go to the nearest store to make payment (30/1/2024). The store is loadshedding and says they can't assist me in making payment; 01/02/2024 I make payment via online banking and send the POP the next day for allocation purposes. A week goes by, and I find out I quoted the wrong reference number. Now tell me why I have now been double debited (for monies I have already SETTLED) and why it's taking you MTN 23 days to allocate a payment that you have acknowledged and have received all information pertaining it????? Instead, I am being sent from pillar to post via emails/calls and your branch in Vincent Park said they have no access to account information and cannot help me and I must keep calling; how do they not have access??? I will never do business with you again once my contract ends because this is beyond disappointing and absolutely foul!
