I called Ford from Wednesday (08/11/2023), Thursday and today just to book for a car service. The receptionist took my details on Wednesday and said I’d be called or emailed back for a quote. I called again on Thursday and spoke with a lady (Mendy) and she took my details again and said I’d be contacted with the quote. I called this afternoon enquiring if anyone was going to contact me and she said I should hold the line while transferring the call. The phone rang and went back to her line, instead of giving me feedback, she hung up. I immediately called back and she never picked up again. This is the worst service I’ve ever received from Ford Claremont and leaves a bitter taste. What a waste of my time.
I have been requesting for clarity on the funds debited from my account since a ***** dispute claim was made. On the 9th of June 2023 I sent an email to Vodacom as requested as a follow up to my Refund query and I have not received any communication instead a different amount was debited from my account without an explanation. I am sick to the core! VODACOM IS A ****** *****.
Someone *****ulently took a device using one of my existing numbers with Vodacom in April 2022. I reported the case with back and forth until it was concluded July 2022. I was paying around (less) R400 monthly instalment but Vodacom has been deducting R1500-R1766 from April to date. They have refunded me with around R4500 whereas I have to date been charged I’ve R13000 on an account I should have been charged R5600 I’d my line was still operating. I’m charged for a line I’m not even using and no one from Vodacom wants to close the line or refund my full amount or breakdown their calculations. I’m so fed up with the incompetence of Vodacom staff who won’t do any follow ups on enquires
I asked for a SIM Swap in March and I have never received the SIM card but I’m billed monthly. I followed up in June to cancel and I asked about the months that I have been making payments without service. The consultant referred the matter to the billing department, I have not heard from them and they still debited again after cancellation. I don’t know what to do anymore.
I am so angry at how Vodacom continues debiting on my account when I have reported the fraudulent activity. I called in since April looking for help and over R1000 is debited from my account as a result of someone using a fraudulent ID with my names and ID number but a different face and ID date of-issue. The person added a note book and a router in an existing number that I pay data for... I have since been unable to use those benefits as well as the sim is disconnected. On the 23rd of June I sent an email to ask if there is any feedback, not even an automated response was sent. I am tired and a R1000 is a lot of money in these economic times 😭😭😭
