Bad pruning by BW Tree Felling
Brian came to do a quote - arrived on time, very professional. I requested pruning (proper tree surgery) of trees on the perimeter of my property to keep branches away from powerlines as well as the removal of one palm tree. I was very specific on the pruning and mentioned that I wanted it done properly before the municipality would send a team that would merely hack off some branches. When the team arrived (late) they only had a copy of the quote, without any specific instructions. When I discussed with the team leader, he indicated that he understood clearly. Pruning was done - but not in a professional manner. I might have been better off hiring one of the guys from the street corner. Overzealous, too many branches were removed, and some "coat hangers" left where branches were not cut back to the main branch or stem. The team leader told me that they had trouble reaching some of the branches as the ladder was too short... The palm tree was cut down later by another team which also cleaned up - this was neatly and well done. On the pruning, Brian made promises - they would come back to do some repairs - not sure how he was going to replace branches that should have been left on the trees though. As it turned out, they never returned. In short - cutting down trees seems to be their business. Pruning definitely not.

Lekkeslaap - uitstekende diens!
Ek het Lekkeslaap al baie gebruik om besprekings te doen, en het nog nooit enige probleme ondervind nie. Die diens is baie goed - dit het al gebeur dat ek die deposito net te laat betaal het, en dan het hul die bespreking oorgedoen en seker gemaak dat ek 'n slaapplek het. Hoogs aanbeveel!

RARU Online Shopping
I ordered a CD on 8 April and was promised shipment on 11 May (as the item had to be imported). When asked why delivery was delayed, I was given the lame excuse that they are awaiting stock and cannot give a new delivery date, all due to "import limitations". Really? If you know that you cannot deliver on imported items, you should remove these from your catalogue
