I have a contract with Vodacom, last month I noticed that my invoice amount is more than previous months. I contacted Vodacom telephonically and nobody could explain why, I was assured that it will be correct this month, but yet again I received the same invoice with the higher amount. I have sent a formal complaint to the via email (customercare@vodacom.co.za and talktous@vodacom.co.za on 10 September and no reply or contact was made to date. I find this utterly disrespectful and dishonest from their side, and I have a customer with them for years now.
I bought a fridge and a freezer from Game Somerset Mall which was scheduled for delivery on 29 November 2023. I phoned the store yesterday and was told some story which the sales person couldn't explain and did not understand herself. It is 1 December today and still no delivery took place. I phoned the store again this morning, their phone was ringing for more then 3 minutes and no answer. Sales order 201113343. I told them we are not home the weekend and is leaving at 1 today. I need to have my stuff delivered before that.

Below email was send 6 days ago to American Swiss I phoned the Somerset Mall branch and asked for my ring to be returned and still have not received my ring or feedback from them. It is a ring they valued at R20 000 just to give you a understanding of why I feel the way I do. Good morning On 15 August my fiancé and I bought the following ring from your American Swiss store in Somerset Mall: Item description 22365053354 9ct rose gold Aspen lake blue topaz. We had the ring resized through American Swiss, I noticed that you could see where it was resized and it had a yellow color which looked like the finishing was incomplete and badly done according to me. I've decided that when it is time for the annual clean I will address that issue as well, which I did. I took the ring in on Sunday 17 September 2023. Yesterday I had to phone the store to follow up and was informed the manager will give me a call. I received a call from the store manager to inform me the outcome was that these things happen to white and rose gold when being resized. I was also told that it will be fixed (for my costs) and they will polish the ring at a discounted price. My question is why should I pay for something which was not done properly in the first place? As you will notice it is an engagement ring, which means I still need rings to go with it for the wedding day and my fiance also still needs his ring. We were planning on buying that from American Swiss but since this is how business gets done by American Swiss I guess we will definitely buy it elsewhere. Please just see to it that my ring gets sent back to me as is and I will find somebody else to fix your mess. I am not happy at all, and need you to know that I will definitely make this known to other potential customers as well.
On the 30th of April I posted about the poor service I am receiving from Budget. On Wednesday 26 April I received a call from their dispute department assuring me they will phone with the outcome either before close of business day or by the latest Friday 28 April. That never happened. This morning 02 May 9:29 I was on hold for over 20 minutes and the consultant informed me the dispute department is not answering. So by now I am not disappointed anymore but rather ****ed off to put it nicely. It is now 10:52 and still no call from the dispute department.
Not happy at all. I had an accident where somebody else bumped into my car on 8 April. Firstly Budget wanted to have my vehicle fixed at a Service provider more 60km from where I stay. I told them I wanted it fixed in my area and at which service provider. My claim is now at their dispute department as they do not want to pay according to the service providers labour rate. Bearing in my mind I do not have a car at the moment, my car is standing at their yard with a full tank of petrol and I still have to spend money each and everyday to get to work and back home. I have send an email to their dispute department this morning and got a automatic reply that disputes may take up to 2 weeks as if I have two weeks, at this point I'm already just working for uber money to get around. I think it is rather pathetic of them.
