**** ALERT FROM TELECOM 1023
I would like to share an untruthful experience about TELECOM 1023.A lady by the name of Tracey had been calling non stop at our business under false intentions.She told us that we need to sign a form to UPDATE our telephone numbers.Not explaining anything about any advertising in there directory books nor have we received any contract of payment terms of the advertising nothing.We now receive a call from debt collectors saying we've been handed over yet we have no invoice contract anything about the advertising. She only clearly mentioned updating details and the form says FREE service.They dont have calls recorded.No where in our conversations that she ever mentions anything off payment.

I had a purchased items from an online shop called Loox loom situated in Durban.I paid through pay fast and everything seem legit The number given is incorrect they don't respond to emails or messages they definitely a **** company

Terrible experience and service
After numerous calls and complaints till today I have not received a phone call from Fnb in regards to my complaints or services rendered They have *********** staff that doesn't give a damn.They push you from pillar to post.Everyone tells you its not there department.They haven't dealt with my query efficiently.

PATHETIC SERVICE FROM FNB
As a client of FNB I have received pathetic service from them.I was a victim of ***** and as a client I have had pathetic service from them.They dont respond timeously to emails no one can help they transfer from department to department its just pathetic.They logo stands for nothing

Be weary when taking cellphone contracts out
Went and renewed ny dads contract without his permission and debiting more then they supposed to.Spoke to few consultants and now one has been able to help us or came back to us.Weve been rrying for 2 months but they is no help from them

Be weary when taking out cellphone contracts
Messaged 4 days before contract could end.Said it was ending in June and not July to say they will be charging R1187 for the month of July.Refused to listen to my complaint and debited that amount
