Poor poor service. Placed an order online, Leroy then decided to separate my order into 4 orders. Only 2 orders made it on time, 3rd one was late by 3 days. As I’m typing this review, I’m still waiting for the last part of my order which was supposed to have been delivered on the 12th of February, and to make matters worse, I’ve just received a delivery completed confirmation yet I did not receive anything. When I try to call Leroy, their telephone number doesn’t go through instead it automatically hangs up. I will never ever order anything online from Leroy Merlin.
Scheduled an order to be delivered on Tuesday the 14th, the driver never came yet it shows as delivered, now Uber eats says my order is not eligible for a refund. Are they eligible for billing customers and not deliver their food??? I’d advise everyone not to use this app, it’s a ****. This is the second time this has happened to me. Can anyone assist on how to contact them?
Very disappointed with their service. Placed an order on the 10th of Feb for the 14th of Feb(Valentine’s Day), Roses were never delivered. When I call to enquiry/track my parcel, they say their servers are down, the next thing they’re no longer taking my calls. Even the 1 star rating is overrated, they don’t deserve it. Sent them an email requesting a refund, still waiting to hear from them.
Got an offer from Miway, called ABSA idirect to see if they can match or beat the offer, since I'm their existing client. Luckily a lovely lady by the name "Lindiwe Mthembu" gave me an excellent service. Not only did she beat the offer but she also advised that I call every anniversary of my policy in order to avoid increases since I've never claimed before. That lady deserves a Bells, lol. Great savings from ABSA idirect!!!
