Why is this account still opened after you sent us a cancelation letter. We owe you nothing, the account is closed yet still every month we get missed payment from metrix on our credit profile. This company is ****ed honestly.

You are able to find recordings for Nomfundo my partner but none of mine which have all the information we need to end this. This business doesn't have the ability to be transparent. I have not gotten a response in two weeks, they claim they are unable to find my recordings. I want the account closed and my refund immediately. I don't know how long it will take but I will make sure you pay for the damage you caused.

We have been waiting for a parcel since last week. This company first said they tried to deliver but we were not available, which was a lie from their driver's as they never attempted delivery. They **** again and said they would deliver on Monday, this still hasn't been done. I asked for a complaint reference since last week Friday and still nothing. Today we have dropped 5 times trying to understand why they are not delivering our parcel. Aramex has since failed to do exactly what they only exist to do and moreover their drives keep lying. Today they said the address was wrong. At this point I'm not sure if I should open a case against them or ask for legal representation, aramex can't be allowed to just ***** our parcels and have nothing done to them
Broker buddy has refused to release my vehicle from Durban Panel Beaters for the 4 weeks. I need assistance with getting my car back. What do I need to do, must I call the police, report it to the Media. I don't know because I've been talking to them and they never get anything done.
I have 3 business Vehicles covered with Hollard. In may one of the 3 vehicles was in a accident, I ended up fixing it myself. In September another vehicle was involved in a minor accident, to this date they have not fixed it. It looks like I'm going to have to fix it myself again. I've spent over R30 000 fixing the first car. Got into dept because I chose the wrong insurance company. I'm broken by what this company did to me in 2022 and it will take me years to recover financially. I just hope that one day someone will be able to take them to court or sue them.... I'm tired, I just want my car back.
