I always have a great time at the resort, their food is delicious and they have excellent client service From the gate all the way to the restaurant and resort staff...very friendly and warm welcome always.
Good day I would like to complain about the poor service I received in your Acornhoek Mall game store yesterday. I went in to buy a few things during my lunch break, one of those things was a 1kg box of Kelloggs cornflakes. I stood in line waiting for my turn to pay and when I got to the cashier she realized that the box did not have a barcode on it. She told me to go back to the isle to get a box with a barcode and I told her that I won't be going back there since I'm on lunch. And asked her to ask 1 of the packers to get the box. She then told me that everyone was busy and she wasn't allowed to leave her workstation. We stood there together for a good few minutes before she asked one of her colleagues to get the box for me, and upon return she grumpily scanned my items and through a plastic bag on top of my things. She threw the box of Kelloggs on the floor and the way I was so upset...I forgot the box of Kelloggs in the shop. 1. Please clarify on who's fault it was that the box of Kelloggs had no barcode. 2. Who packs our goods when shopping 3. Why are there security personnel checking our slips at the door when they can't identify missing items 4. How do I get my box of Kelloggs that I paid for? 5. Why are your cashiers rude?
I ordered Pizza on Monday evening (triple decker). It was so dry and only onions and mushrooms were added...with no chicken or sauce
I made an order online during my lunch hour, went in to collect and they told me they don't have a specific sauce that I ordered online. No apology at all, it was either I take what they give me or leave. I chose to leave. I then called their customer care line and spoke to Thokozani, unfortunately he had the same mentality...no apology and instead made me to feel like I was wrong to want what I ordered and paid for. KFC doesn't care anymore

I was frustrated about the premium increases and ready to jump ship...but Nomsa, Mandla and Tumi assisted me until I got a better premium that I can afford
