My experience at the ICE voting station in Clubview, Centurion, South Africa this morning was nothing short of a disaster. The level of total incompetence displayed by the personnel running the station was utterly appalling. Arriving promptly at 9:20 AM, I found myself around the 10th person in line. However, to my dismay, the staff inside were still fumbling around trying to set up for the day's voting process. It wasn't until 9:30, a full thirty minutes after the scheduled opening time, that the first person was able to cast their vote. And from there, it was a painfully slow crawl forward in the queue. One of the most egregious issues we encountered was the complete lack of organisation with the voters roll. Not only was it not in alphabetical order as it should have been, but to add insult to injury, there were individuals present who had received confirmation via SMS that they were registered to vote, only to find their names absent from the roll altogether. It's unfathomable how such a fundamental aspect of the voting process could be botched so badly. When I raised the issue with the staff, suggesting they procure an updated voters roll that was at least organised alphabetically, their response was nothing short of infuriating. They claimed ignorance, stating they didn't know who to contact and essentially brushed off the suggestion, insisting they had to make do with what they had. This level of nonchalance and disregard for basic procedural integrity is simply unacceptable. As a result of this gross mismanagement, only four people managed to cast their votes in the span of an hour. This is an egregious violation of our democratic rights and a damning indictment of the incompetence that plagued the ICE voting station in Clubview today. It's deeply disheartening to witness such a crucial civic duty reduced to a farcical display of ineptitude.
What a breath of fresh air in South Africa to do business with PiShop. My order was handled professionally and I received it without any issues. Keep up the good work, you are awesome!
My experience with Ticket Pro was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Buying tickets for NAMPO turned into a monumental waste of my time, money, and sanity. After purchasing two tickets through their platform, I couldn't even download them. When I reached out to their so-called "customer service," they shamelessly blamed it on a non-existent payment issue, leaving me without tickets and seething with frustration. To add insult to injury, my bank confirmed that the payment had indeed gone through. Yet, Ticket Pro continued to gaslight me, demanding endless proofs of payment and promising refunds that never materialised. They're a disgrace to the concept of customer service. Their so called website is a disaster. Steer clear of Ticket Pro and save yourself losing money and high levels of frustration.
I am deeply disappointed with Ryno Admin, the sectional title managing agent. Their abysmal service deserves no more than a single star. Attempting to reach them is a futile exercise; their business telephone numbers either go unanswered or lead to non-existent lines. As a property investor accustomed to working with various managing agents, this has been my worst experience yet. The lack of communication and professionalism is astounding. It's unacceptable for a company entrusted with managing sectional titles to be so utterly negligent in their duties. Ryno Admin's incompetence reflects poorly on them and leaves clients like myself frustrated and dissatisfied. I urge others to steer clear of this company unless they enjoy dealing with incompetence and frustration.
If I could give the UIF a rating lower than zero, I definitely would. My claim was approved back in June 2020, and I even saw the approval on the system. However, despite visiting the UIF offices three times and providing photocopies of my ID, I left with nothing but empty promises that I would receive payment within a week. It's been nearly four years now, and there's still no sign of payment. This whole process has been absolutely useless and frustrating beyond belief!
The Kodak OG3.6 Max has a build in WiFi module. It is impossible to get even to the setup page on the WatchPower App to configure the WiFi to connect to an access point. After consulting with a few people who has similar problems with the Kodak WiFi setup, they overcome the communication problem with a custom made Raspberry PI module to communicate with the inverter. All the manuals "sell" the same setup story. I have come to the conclusion that it is impossible to use the build in WiFi and it is a total waste of time, money and effort to try to get it working. Shop around for a better inverter where everything is working as advertised.
The worst company that I have dealt with. They are rude over the phone put the phone down when they can not answer your questions. Very unprofessional, and they do no know their products. NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED, a bunch of idiot !
