I am highly dissatisfied with the service your company has provided. I lost a valuable item containing money, and despite multiple assurances from your agents that the driver would contact me, no follow-up was conducted. At no point did your team check whether the driver responded, returned the item, or even provide a basic courtesy call. Furthermore, no compensation or meaningful support was offered. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and the customer service I have received is extremely poor. Based on this experience, I cannot and will not recommend your service to anyone.
The experience I had your service is appalling. I received a R50 welcome bonus which I then used to play lucky numbers. I won an amount of R335 from that. I then tried to withdraw the funds only to find the option is not available. I logged a query on the Chat and was assisted by an called Monice whom was very dismissive and not willing to assist at all. I asked for her supervisor numerous times but she kept of dismissing my request and telling me about the Terms and conditions of the bonus. After a back and forth of about 15mins she then advised her Supervisor John Carlo to assist who was also dismissive to my complaint As the information given by John and Monice the winnings you get from the Bonus need to be withdrawal within the 10 days of signing up. My dispute is I tried to make the withdrawal on the 10th day and not the 11th Day. My winnings should still be valid and given to me fairly, as they were won fair and square. No where in the terms and conditions that it say that withdrawal need to made at a certain Time Frame within the 10th day. How is it fair to leave out such a crucial point only to have it thrown in your face at the last minute. I was told I'm making things complicated! How when it is my winnings? Both the agent and Team could not answer my question about Time not being mentioned in the Terms and conditions. How can I withdraw my funds if it still with the same day. I am just supposed to be okay with losing my winnings and receiving bad customer service I want my winnings as it is not my fault the Terms have missing information. I am entitled to my winnings because I was still within my 10th day. I would understand if it was 11 days later but it was still valid. Don't tell me nonsense about time. I want my R335 as I'm entitled to it. This unfair treatment towards customers. The stuff should under go training on how to be respectful and not be dismissive and rude. I'm appalled
I placed an order on Ubereats for a platter for 2 at Ocean basket killarney. Which amounted to R492 and overall cost including delivery was R521. However the order I received was completely wrong and looked like someone had picked on the food. The order was meant to contain 12 prawns, 6 mussels, 2 hakes, calamari, rice and chips. But I was appalled by what I received. The order contained 6 prawns, 2 mussels and 1 hake with a salad. Which was completely wrong. I’m appalled at the service and food I received. I would think such a profound established would take pride in quality of food they send out to clients and make sure the correct food is being sent out. I’m truly disgusted by the food I received especially considering the amount I paid to get decent food but only to be disappointed in the end. I request help for Ubereats support and they just said the restaurant would refund me R147. Which is absurd seeing that it’s not even half of my order amount. You can’t even buy a decent meal from ocean basket with that amount. It’s completely insulting and inconsiderate of the despicable service and food I had received. Im honestly disappointed in the establishment and would highly appreciated if this matter was looked into and a decent refund is given for the distress caused
