I so disappointed on the service ,MTN insurance, cancel my insurance already in December 2025 , I am still being debited till to date. I have sent numerious email just to get a run around about my refund , I have sent everything even proof of invoices still no refund. I am so livid about this no one bothers to give a proper feedback . I need this to be resolved and I WANT MY MONEY , this is my money I am not owing them a cent .
Just had a bed experience regarding my refund , I have been using the useless chat box , sent an email no reference number , and tried to call just to get over that annoying voice over lady , I was suppose to be fully refunded on the 16 of January 2026, but from the amount I was only refunded R76 Till today NO FUND NO RESPONSE on all platforms , I just need my money from you and will continue with PAYFLEX
I've place an order for 2 smart watch it on the 12th of September , wrong items were delivered logged a refund for, items were collected on the 16th Till to date no update what so ever had, even their whats app channel is is very poor , you getting nowhere to with it. I need my refund for as soon as possible , as I have use PayFlex need installment is due soon , so meaning I have to pay for for something that Makro hasnt given me. I NEED MY REFUND for AND ORDER CANCELLED PLEASE.
I am so disappointed with your consultant in KwaMnyandu Mall(25.07.19). I asked this guy Phumlani for OM savings , and I did ask him relevent question like (this is not a fixed account , can I use my money as I please , can I also make deposits ) he cleary confirm yes it not a fixed account. I got my card Happy client. On the 30th money was deducted as agreed waited for it to reflect on my account , nothing , up until I decide to call the centre 1133156911 , was told there no money on the account , only to find this guy opened a an investement without my consent . Why was I given an OM savings cards if I opted for an envestement? I am so livid and disappointed about this,I need the investement to be cancelled and I want my money back , it does not even give me an option to withdraw my money. That why I am also considaring of cancelling everything I have with OM. Not a happy client anymore. I NEED MY MONEY BACK
Had a contract with MTN for the past 8 paying insurance as well, then decided to cancel this year but I kept the insurance, now my phone got stolen called customer care to blacklist my Samsung A30, was being taking from piller to post from pre paid to contract no one could assist me spoke to Diboseng, Siphokazi, Asanda, Unathi, Zandile, Nomagugu and Ndiphile no could assist me because they couldn't pick up my device. Then they decided to escalate a case to Fraud dont know why but they did ref 1-2326168951 and that case is now closed. How could I pay for insurance where my device was cancelled from they system, I had to go tp the MNT store to get that information. So now I dont have a phone I need to blacklist and claim from the insurance and MTN says my device was cancelled so I was paying insurance for nothinh, I need a phone ASAP if not need a refund for insurance installment I was paying.
