Pathetic service,u cancel your contact after the contract expired they still deduct your account , then cancel it on email, it will take 20 days for the cancellation then 25 days your account gets deducted again. Really ***********

Debt restruct - getting u more in trouble then out
Absolutely pathetic company. Still being charged even though the account is paid in full. Even after proof of payment and settlement letter has been send aswell. They are useless, I have been trying to cancel with them from the 5 of April already. They don't have any people skills whatsoever and definitely does not carry the customer best interest.

The most horrible debt companies out their , from the minute go, u can not cancel the contract, they aren't honest and what they say and what they do are two different things, even after the debt has been settled and proof of payments has been send they still deduct the debt order from your account. 2 months later and oh boy they still collecting the money yet all accounts are paid in full. Makes a person realize they are More money hungry and a individual financial problems are the least of their concerns as long as they get their money, you don't matter and they clearly not have your best interests in mind. A real pathetic and out of standard company. I do regret ever ever signing up with them to help and get my financials back on track. They cause more hassles then anything els. Truly disgusted.

Discussed with the service and experience
Fnb deceased estate department, most pathetic, ridiculous, useless service. The trauma that customer has to go through after your husband past away, I have been trying to close his account for the last 4 months now. And the ridiculous amount they came up with all of the sudden after I have bank statements. Incompetent people as staff. This matter traumatized me so bad. Can't believe a bank or a business for that matter. They have no idea what families go through after the loss of a loved one

Money making rehabilitation center
To be honest they not even worth one Star, they are the most unorganized rehabilitation center I have ever came across. The accounts is one big mess their way of fixing a problem is by added money as they please. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone with a addition or to a family member getting help for a person with an addition. They are money makers. Not one positive thing to say at all.
