Received an SMS notification late on Saturday night that a large amount had just been purchased on Facebook using my business debit card. This card never leaves my possession and is never physically used as I have phone payments set up. Immediately went to the banking app to report and cancel it. Their ***** line didn't work, the link to report ***** gave an error message, and when I eventually spoke to a person they couldn't hear me because the voice function on the app is broken. After some time managed to cancel the card, order a new one and establish a ***** case. Got no response, confirmation or communication from the bank whatsoever. Next day went to the bank website where they have a form to report *****ulent transactions - completed it and sent it to the address given ON THE FORM, and email was rejected and returned as undeliverable. Phoned the bank again to confirm that the case had in fact been reported. No new card had been ordered and they were extremely unconcerned about the *****, telling me 'Sorry we can't reverse it, the money has left your account' and telling me it would take 7 to 30 working days to investigate. - I have never seen such incompetence in my life. At this time I still have received no written response at all from the bank. Lost all faith in the security of my bank account.
Have bought two office chair components to replace the junk that comes with the average office chair. Both times the part has been of high quality and certainly better than the original. Ordering is straightforward and delivery is efficient.
This is the second time I have bought frozen green beans from the Pick n Pay no name brand range, and they were grey, tough and disgusting. There is clearly a problem in the way they have been handled, stored or produced. Not worth returning but I will not be buying Pick n pay frozen foods again.
Had great fibre speeds until they fiddled with the connection in the street, ever since then I can barely function, all communication to them gets the same stock answer and they do nothing to fix the problem! Been over a week. Paying for 100Mb download speed and getting 15.
Bought a microwave with a ten year warranty on the magnetron. Packed up after less than 18 months and magnetron was replaced under warranty. Second one packed up six months later. It took their service company Xecutronix TEN DAYS to even send me a quote to repair, they have the cheek to charge me for labour on their guaranteed component, then when I accept their quote by responding to their mail, they just ignore it and I only find out TEN DAYS later when I try to find out what happened to my microwave! Poor service and shoddy attitude all round. Sorry I bought this product and won't buy LG again.

I was initially skeptical about ordering from these guys as admittedly their communication could use a huge helping hand - their emails were scruffy and their quotes amateurish. I have been burned online before but their pricing was keen so I said that I would buy from them on condition that they brought me the goods to inspect before payment. Then I was pleasantly surprised - They delivered promptly on the same day, the goods were exactly as promised, and I paid on the spot. I will use them again, but they really need to improve on the communication front.
