Cartrack service is appalling!!!! One star is still far too much!!!!! For over a week we have tried to get an installation on a new vehicle. What a total frustration it has been! Shunted from pillar to post, back and forth, no definite answers, all the promises only to be again shunted from pillar to post. Wonder if between the call centre and the scheduling department they know what they are doing. Because of the continuous back and forth with no finality on a definite installation date we have cancelled the contract. But oh wait! Because of Cartrack’s ineffectiveness and incompetence they have the audacity to bill us a cancellation fee of R2,600. Sorry, but how can you expect to bill a cancellation fee when Cartrack cannot fulfil the requirements! How is it that another company can install within an hour of notification but Cartrack can’t!!!!!

A year and five (5) months ago Paul died. He died because Linmed hospital let him fall whilst recovering from a nine (9) hour brain hemorrhage operation. The ICU was filthy, staff had a no care attitude and many a visiting hour found that they were not monitoring him. Didn’t feed or give him water. Didn’t provide the daily fresh water. Bed found wet with blood that had leaked from his drip. And the list can go on! Service was applauding and not what one would expect from a Netcare private hospital. To this day I am still broken due to them letting him fall and resuscitating him was not successful. I hate this hospital for what they did to my Paul (RIP). And I notice that the previous review I posted on the hospitals website shortly after his passing has been deleted. The state pathologist had to tell me the truth that they had let him fall. On having to identify him his nose was broken and had a huge bruise on the left side of his head, unrelated to the op. The state pathologist said that was healing well. He had pneumonia (not picked up by the hospital). When he was coughing up mucus with blood I questioned it and the nurse said it was not a problem. Just an indication of what is being swept under the carpet!!!! Management contacted me to offer condolences and wanted to meet and discuss. This will not bring Paul back and I would rather die than put a toe in that hospital. SHAMEFUL! Richard Friedland the CEO of Netcare should be ashamed at the level of care this hospital provides. But they quick to want payment for below par service. They let him fall. That is why he died!!!! They don’t even deserve a one rating. More like minus 100. Shocking care and service. What is private healthcare coming to???
Marzani Cape Town ordered goods, quick to take payment, but nothing further! Advertised as local South African company but this is not the case! Comes from China and payment also reflects as “foreign” on my statement! They are advertising under numerous names but it’s NOT local! Still have not received my goods. Seriously think that this company is a ****!
In 2018 had waterproofing done on a large area. In 2023 had it resurfaced (part of maintenance offered). One heavy down pour water seeping in under the waterproofing, water pools on one section of the roof as it is not level. Resulting in water running down inside walls that has caused unnecessary damage. Due to the unsatisfactory workmanship I contacted Graham and sent pictures stating how disappointed I was in the poor workmanship! Message was read by him and no response received. Basically wiped their hands off. No care or pride in what they do. Will never recommend them again. Thought that it was a reputable company. Certainly NOT!!!!!!
WOW..... What a pleasure it was to deal with Santam regarding an insurance claim. Absolutely blown away with the exceptional level of service. THEY TRULY CARE! It is rare today to find a company that offers exceptional service. THANK YOU SANTAM FOR THE FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
Dotsure bought out Petsure Insurance and the annual benefits were similar to what Petsure had offered over the 30 odd years being with them. Petsure was great, had fantastic benefits and so sad that they sold to Dotsure! So year 2023 my pet had to be hospitalized and was in critical care. Dotsure refunded only 50% of the bill. When checking what was not paid to my utter shock noted they have limited medicines to a mere R650 a year! The medication for hospitalization was over R3k! Unfortunately due to the age of the dogs they will not be accepted elsewhere otherwise a change would have taken place. Yes, Dotsure’s claim turn around is great. But so was Petsure in their day! Not happy with the benefits that they are offering for pet medical insurance!!!!! And to upgrade makes little difference as benefits are not much better.
Ducati South Africa in centurion just will not respond to my emails enquiring regarding the value of a Ducati monster. I have sent several request and just being ignored! Require retail value for insurance purposes and if wanting to sell a fair price to sell privately. They just not responding and emails were addressed to the sales@ducati.
