Good day, there has been an enormous misunderstanding between DebtBusters, FNB and myself. Due to this understanding on my overdraft my bank account has been blocked! I understand it takes 3 working days to resolve, is there any way we can speed things up? Tomorrow is pay day and I'm afraid all my money will just disappear! Please help a desperate client! Thank you!
So I logged a complaint about accidentally transferring all my savings into my credit card which is blocked as it is with DebtBusters. Nobody is getting back to me. I want my refund! I did send all the documents to the email provided, but nobody is answering me! I have a real struggle with DebtBusters. Please assist me.
On Tuesday 10 October I accidentally transferred money into my credit card (which is under debt review). Now I have to wait 15 working days to get my refund! Is there no way we can speed things up? I need to pay for bills! I have never had a good experience with Debt Busters, everything is so slow!
This is the most *********** company ever!!! Never go to Debt busters!!! I have been waiting for a refund since February 2022 and I sent numerous mails and nobody comes back to me. I have been on the phone now for 30 odd minutes and I keep on going back to the call desk. I wish I never went under debt review, biggest mistake I ever made! Please avoid as far as you can!

WELL DONE on a great service you are offering your customers! The nearest store to me is 30km and now I place my order online and less than 24 hours it is on my desk at the office. They came to me, offering assistance in choosing the correct meat for my needs. They went as far as to offer to cut up the meat for me as the portions were too big. What incredible service.
