Angry customer
Bad service from Vumatel. Their service and chat agents sucks. I made a payment and like always you have old once payments is done they will send technician. I confirmed with them earlier on and I was told they need to send someone to come check if they can send technician as we are staying in the flats and it shows that others have already. So why pay then have to wait 2 weeks and what’s upsetting is that I had to find out from them

Bad service
Bad customer service for vuma. I was using their WhatsApp service. The agent there leqves ypu hanging without any help. 2day later i still haven't received any help from them. I'm still without wifi connection.... Vuma doesn't respect their customers🚮

Bad customer service
I hqve been waiting for my parcel for over 3days now. They send all these WhatsApp saying my parcel is out for delivery but come towards the end business hours i get an email saying they couldn't complete delivery. I'm really disappointed with the courier guy's service.. It really sucks. I personally wouldn't use there services ever again

Disappointed customer
Bad customer service from pedros, i wrote a preview earlier this month complaining about the bad service. I only got an email saying they received my preview and will get to me. I later received an email that my ticket has been closed. So i guess Pedro chicken hires rude and unprofessional team from above to the staff at the stores. I'm so disappointed with Pedro's

Bad customer service
Bad customer service received from the newly opened Pedros Jabulani mall. I'm a love of flame grilled chicken. Pedros has been my number 1. I tries pedros Jabulani mall and till today i regret going there. For a newly opened store the service sucks. The people working there are not friendly. Not sure if it was tje manger who was shouting at staff after i had complained of poor service that he was the cause of it. The order was not correct. I ordered jalapeño wrap in hot but was given mild same as the wings. PEDROS JABULANI MALL PULL UP YOUR SOCKS

Bad customer service received last week Thursday at sausage saloon Rosebank mall. The lady who was helping me was very rude. Showed no interest in taking my order. 😡I received the worse service ever. ANGRY CUSTOMER

Yesterday i went to sausage saloon Rosebank mall, i got a bad customer service. The lady who was helping me out was so not interested in taking my order. She was very rude towards me. Bad customer service ever. I really need an apology from sausage saloon for such rude worker. She was even talking back when i asked to be helped by someone else😡😡angry customer

Bad customer service
I have 2 loans with african bank, i was stopped due to covid and i couldn't pay. Recently started working and made payment arrangements with the. They started debiting last month but took more than we had agreed upon. I called wanting to know, a guy i forgot his name said he will cancel the other debit and connected me to their customer service. A very rude.. Hear me when i say a very rude agent answered. Asked a few questions which i answered then hang up thr line on me. 😡I'm so disappointed with african bank. I'm just worried if the same thing will happen again this month as I'm still trying to find my feet again. I was the extra money to be debited back in my account. Please help

Waiting for installation for 2 months now
Still waiting for my installation since from june. When i call them they always telling stories that doesn't make sense. The service is so bad. Vumatel is taking advantage of the black community.
