Shocking service. App**** for a smart TV, paid the first installment and submitted all my documents. They have taken forever to reply to me, a week later still. Now I want to cancel the order and get my refund. Absolutely no answer from them either way, whatsoever
Bought a pack of your Pampers Sensitive Wipes. Shocking shocking horrid smell comes out when you open the pack. It smells like rotten moldy water with very strong alcohol smell (expiry date on the pack is 2027). And absolutely no response from your complaints line. Thank goodness i don't use your nappies for my son.
Capitec Bank, I cannot thank you enough for your help on Friday afternoon/evening. Not only was your fraud call centre agent super super understanding while i was crying and screaming about money being taken off my account unauthorised, the money was reversed less than 2 hours later and bank in my account. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My faith in Capitec is stronger than before.
I truly am disappointed in the quality of your merchandise. I bought a pair of Rip Curl slops the 2nd week of January from a shop in Scottburgh Mall for my husband. After only two weeks and only wearing the slops at night and on weekends, they already had a chunk missing out of the middle. And a few days after that, the picture in the middle of the slops started fading. And then last week, the one slop actually broke. I honestly could not believe it. I have constantly supported your brand for years because I always knew we were getting great quality for the price we were paying. Never ever will I ever support you again. And no, I don’t have the receipt and I am not looking for a refund, I am just truly disappointed in a fantastic brand that has now lost another loyal customer.
I bought your Hisense E50 lite Charcoal in May of this year. This is the second Hisense I have bought and I am honestly disgusted with your phones. Unfortunately I was coaxed into believing that the E50 lite would be so much better than the H30 I previously bought. What a mistake, honestly. The moment the 7 days guarantee period, all the trouble with this phone started. And no, I cannot take into in for repairs as i do not have a replacement phone while it is being fixed. Please PLEASE stop making phone and letting salesman lie about how great your phones are.
