Took my car in for a service, the front lady is the friendliest person I've ever seen, I was well received. Everything was great, the car was spotless. I had no idea it gets cleaned when you bring it in. The cleaning team did a wonderful job, last saw it that clean when I was getting out of the dealership in 2024. Minus 2 stars because the lady (Ayanda) handling my things lost my service book, she offered a new one without looking for my old one. I told her that I have time she can look for my old one. Later she comes handing me a booklet saying she found it in the pile. I opened it outside just before getting inside my car and realised she **** to me and gave me a new one saying it is my old one thinking that I will not open it there. I told the driver who shuttled me to work to please tell her that I am giving her the rest of the week to look for it. She'll call me when she's found it and I'll collect. She rang my phone once on a Monday. I called her back on a Tuesday and they told me she was busy and asked if she can call me back. Weeks have gone by and she has gone quiet. I want my book back, it holds sentimental value.
So disappointed at SPRINGS Renault. I took my car to get my window fixed on Monday because it wasn't opening. Why in the opposite of heaven does the panel they opened have scratches, it's like they used a knife to open it. Same areas are bent. I'm not sure if it's fitted in correctly because there's a gap now compared to the other side.
On the 14th May, I payed deposit for my stuff. Called on the 16th May to ask if money was received and can they email the slip, they said I have to come in store for that but will call me back to confirm if money was received. 2 Hours later I call back and they say they are still sorting it out they'll call. Please explain to me why business day ends with no phone call from them? Mind you, the last guy I spoke to repeated my phone number to me. Saturday in the morning I call back and suddenly my call has to be forwarded to a certain department. Phone kept ringing for 5 minutes, no one answered. I hanged up and called again and no one answered. Such *********** service.
I am so angry at your collections agent from Colserve. How can a process that is suppose to take one day end up taking more than a week. I handed over my car because it was in arrears. I have paid the amount owed and submitted all the paper work, even filled out the release letter more than two days ago but I still have not been called to collect my car. Such a lazy agent, I'm beginning to think they might be using my car to go buy bread because what is this?!

ATM switches off just after I've deposit money, I got inside to lodge a dispute. They later sent an SMS saying that they're disputing my complaint, no money was found. MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!😡😡 Messaged Capitec bank on twitter, they gave me customer care no. Called in and a nonchalant agent answers, she tells me that she'll send the complain back, there's nothing they can do. I WANT MY MONEY!!
