Happy customer
The service at kia springs is out of this world,I phoned them this afternoon after my car had an issue and they told me to bring the car in as in today and here and there I was helped ,very friendly stuff from their front lady Nonhlanhla to their manager,I'm really grateful and was assured should the problem persist I must not hesitate to bring the car back.

Poor service
I'm really unhappy with pedros call center ,this is the second incident in a space of 2 to 3 months you will phone in to place an order then comes time for collection they have no clue of what you talking about rather not knowing your order and this is waiting customers time because I wouldn't phone if I wanted to come into the restaurant and wait for my order.

Germiston branch is a nightmare
Webuycars Germiston is a nightmare till today they have not attempted to deal with my query,I have on all their platforms and they choose to ignore me,I have had a car for almost a month registration not done and their permit has expired refusing to issue me another one,now I'm stuck with a debt of the car that I can't use due to their negligence and they not even bothered, only giving me their automated response ,I phone their call center only to be told they advise me to park the car until the registration is done on the other side the branch is advising me to drive an unroadworthy car they will pay for the fines and it's about the fines but respecting south African law ,what happens if meet up in an accident, who will take responsibilities, I'm so disappointed with withbuycars period

Disgusting service from webuycars Germiston
I bought a car last month on the 24th and got a permit that expired on the 13th of this month and now it's difficult to use the unroadworthy car,had to save my car from being pounded metropolice and no one is willing to sort this out at webuycars Germiston,their sales person by the name of Neo isn't available on his phone,I had no option to drop off the car back at Germiston branch because I feel at this moment the car doesn't belong to me yet since I have to use on their terms,I spoke to Portia who told me they would pay for tickets that accumulated but what happens if someone bumps the car or I bump someone's car with unroadworthy car,they won't take responsibility for that,I'm so unhappy with Germiston branch now I have to use public transport yet I have a car that I will be paying everymonth,I'm so unhappy with their service ,as long as they secured a deal what happens after they do not care .

Portia and Neo Kgathu from Germiston branch are playing dirty games with customers
Webuycars Germiston is very useless I had to go leave a car that I bought last month because of its unroadworthy ,permit expired and no one is willing to help,Portia and Neo Nkgathu did me dirty I had to pop out money to protect the car from being impounded by metropolice because of expired disc and they don't care,I'm gonna call the bank to cancel the deal I had to use money from my own pocket to protect the car from being impounded I'm using bolt but I bought a car that I'm paying,Germiston branch is very useless they very self centered playing mind set with customers ,I even tried call center was told to park the car until the issue is sorted,I made it east and took it back will talk to the bank tomorrow and they better make sure my personal belongings in the car is safe,u left my phone and other personal belonhings

I have send a request for an pre approval with ooba loans and the lady by the name of Kelsey September is assisting me and I'm happy with the turn around of her response and answered every question I had and for that I wish she continues helping other people with the same positive energy she is assisting me with.

Pathetic service
The service at Debonairs springs gate is very pathetic, how do I wait for a delivery more than an hour and be told that they only have 2 drivers and he goes out with too many orders, how they hire drivers must not affect their customers, how do they expect us to receive an order after so long and still be given a lousy excuse of them having 2 drivers, they need to hire more drivers so that they can keep up. I'm really not happy

Very disappointed with Lewis
I bought a washing machine at Lewis springs branch the machine it's not operating the way an automatic machine must, their technicians are instructing me to use the machine the way it suits them and I'm paying that machine every month for them to come tell me to use the machine how it's beneficial to them because their lazy to come out and see what is the machines problem,i will never ever buy anything from Lewis.

Bad customer service
Letsatsi finance boksburg service is very bad they really need taking their clients serious I have been waiting for my refund everytime you phone them their manager is off and they won't be able to assist and you phone their head office their receptionist is very rude and do not think she understands what customer service is.
