One of The Servest cleaner ladies that was on duty at Clicks, Lemon Tree - Alberton has really annoyed me today. 16th September 2023 @ about 10h30. I walked with my kinds and grandbaby and at the end of an isle. She said you must wait. The floor is wet. I said, how can you wash floors when clients are in the store, or at least barracade the isles you're busy with. She said we had loadshedding. I said yes I know and we all work around this nowadays. Wheres the markers to block off. So I took the broken one of her trolley and said you must use this. She took it from me and put it back on the trolley and carried on mumbling to cashiers in store in her language. I went looking for the store manager.... Not eager to assist... She came, and all she said is she will talk to her. Cleaning g continued without blocking off areas that are beng washed. I decided to put the shopping down and left to go to another store before another rasistic thing will transpire in a clicks. But when people fall an are injured, only then something will be done.

Absolutely a no go credit provider, as there is no customer service. No urgency to solve an account query such as a locked status. So much regretting opening an account with Mobicred. When closing this account it will be even harder to get a letter of closure. My next step is to report this non-existent Client Services to the Credit Ombudsman very soon.

So dissapointed in PnP New Redruth, Alberton. As this is the 3rd time that I dont get all my items ordered and in this case no order received and the total is almost R675. 00. A message popped up delivered. Calling them, Iwas told it was delivered. These guys cannot read. Our home number is clearly marked close to the street, and the no does say 26 Bulpin. So not sure where our items was delivered to. PnP seems to be deteriating and not care for customers. People want work and this is what thwy do...
Ever since I discovered them, I find an opportunity to go dine at Little Nero's. Occasional just pop-in, birthdays, and even planned my son's wedding. But come Christmas lunch 2022, It was so dissapointing as I didn't book till two days before and it was fully booked. Gary and his staff always go out of their way and the food is divine.
I have a problem with vehicle for almost a week now and Motorvaps is just not contactable to get vehicle authorised for repairs. I send an online call back request and also no response. This problem is now causing malfunctioning of other parts to become a problem. Why is this happening?
After all these years being with Liquid Capital, I'm not sure if I am doing the right thing, or maybe I don't understand what a Service Plan Booster or or how does it work? My vehicle went for it's annual service at Isuzu - JHB as per the usual. Front Brakes and Wipers needed replacement. Brakes was authorized but wipers declined so I had to pay from my pocket. The Service Advisor told me that Lappies @ Liquid Capital said it was not covered. How is this possible as this is not what my Booklet and Plan tells me. Please let me understand how was this justified.... And then I am still also waiting for my cover details on my renewal for my Bumper to Bumper Contract that I still did not receive as promised.
We had a Theft Break Claim reported and logged at Nedbank Claims Department on 13th December 2022. There was load shedding and our electric fence was cut and thieves climbed the wall and stole out the gate motor. Claims Department registered claim and appointed the assessors whom inspected the property on 15th of December 2022. Globe Scope Security was appointed by Digicall Assessing. We explained to the bank and the assessors that we have repaired the fence on our own account as the repairs was less than the excess and did buy a gate motor through KGB Security and had it installed as we cannot open and close the gate by hand all the time as my husband is cripple. SAP Case Ref. No., Photos and statement as well as South End Security OB Report was submitted to Nedbank and assessors and sad to say. Till date no response from anyone. Tomorrow exactly a month and I paid from my pocket and no word from the insurer or Assessor. Is this how clients are treated nowadays. I really think people are just on a payroll as they don't care. Client pay their duty and that just fine. Or are they going to put the blame on the festive holidays. Companies need to be running as everyone cannot be on vacation.
Income verification not accepted - Now double premium collected WOW. My company le5er declaring my monthly income was not accepted, sms's received U will be charged max premium. But this morning two premiums deducted and two different amounts. Is this how Bonitas operate. I need my money back in my account as I had no letter stating what premium would be seeing you would not accept the company letter. I had no issues like this with Discovery. If I abused my medical I could understand, but make money from people who do abuse their medical pls. Sort this !
