I agree 100% with Elenor H here. These people are stealing our money every month. Every month I have to phone them and tell them that the internet speeds are not even a 10th of the speeds that I pay them for and all the time they tell us is that they have a problem with the tower etc... Please can one of the Directors phone me back as this useless "Marnus" employee you have there don't have a clue what he is talking about. I'm fed up with you and this I promise you that i will not tolerate this nonsense you are selling to me every month. If you deliver service like this why do I even pay you in full? At this stage the community here in Pierre van Reyneveld dont have any option but using you people as our ISP, but good news coming up in the next 2 months that we are getting fiber and I can not tell you how relieve I will be dropping you as a loyal customer. Paying for 10mb dowload / 3mb upload and getting 0.5mb download and 0.45 upload is what you can expect from this company if you considers them as you ISP. 2nd of all good luck holding on if you phone them with your queries holding on for 32min 47sec, and i have the proof that I will sent on my Facebook and LinkedIn account. Please think twice before you consider them as you Internet Service Provider. Be warned they steal your money.
Hallo Mense, Vir wie die lees om op te "check" vir Style & Craft, kan ek vi julle se julle kan met 'n geruste hart die mense gebruik vir julle plaveisel. Vriendelike diens regdeur die bank van kwotasie tot eind produk. Hulle instaleerders is baie profesioneel en so behulpsaam. Ek is nou nie engels nie maar kan "Thumbs Up" vir die maatskapy gee. To start off, I logged a few complains about my internet connection in the past, and they always have some sort of an excuse. I ran speed test on the previous complain and the internet connection was so slow that the page barely opened. While I was online with operator he asked me some security questions and I still ran speed test over and over again.<br> <br> Suddenly I could see the change in the PING and speed of the internet. That tells me that they are throttling us and make changes to our settings without letting us know.<br> <br> Please fix my LTE network asap or I will post everyday something on Hello Pieter. <br> <br> Not to mention I hold on for the operator 28min on my cellphone..Pathetic if you ask me.<br> <br> I'm waiting for your call Nokuthula Ngoza as you people promised you will phone me.<br> <br> People do we have better service providers? From delivering till the end product you will have problems trust me.<br> <br> I phoned them so many times and all you will hear is we will get back to you.
