Vodacom is really disgusting, they make their customers who are unaware pay two times for their airtime advance repayment. When customers recharge and they add same amount on the contract bill if you also have a contract with them, before 30 day period. They are ***** and not transparent. I have been ****ed by them 3 times only to see this ***** manner of charging their customer now. This is not right vodacom and you can make your customers pay for you. Pay the "please call me" with your own innovative business ideaππ½π€
Fnb Forex well it has been an awkward experience for me in the manner you handled same so called concerned you had with my account. What makes it even more concerning for at this stage, you just quite no feedback or update yet my account is still closed for what reason I have no idea because I have cooperated with you! It more effective for me to ask you this on a public platform like so that people can be aware of your conduct and useless to no effect apologies. Well, fnb apparently put my account on with out even notifying me. I suspect that they are been bully, exercising authority with regarding personal privacy and the not informing me adequately what was the reason they needed specific private information. Mertle Lobai was really rude, unprofessional and have no patience whatsoever. My refusal to provide fnb with information that I believe is private and for them not to explain to me why my specific account is been investigated. I'm sure they can do better than this....... βοΈ
This is Khulula Cafu I had a funeral policy 615394861 for few years at clientele until recently. I had let them know via email that I can not afford the policy anymore and got their response after few days, which clearly indicated that they don't really care about that and they showed it the following month by deducting my account after we had an understanding that the policy was canceled .CLIENTELE LIFE SUCKS.......π€¬
Numsa, I joined this union in 2019 as I got permanent in my workplace. It was really easy to join, just filled in the joining form the I go I was a member.The only thing they have done for themselves is take a 30% on every sick leave payment, deduct a fee every month and failed us in every grievance that employees had. Now I'm that 189 section has been issued to us. The numsa union where even more good for nothing and their shopstupid /representative. My effort to get the hell out of this union has been really frustrating. Easy to get difficult to get out. Do not join numsa union for they are useless parasites.Port Elizabeth branch.
Khulula here I needed authorization to see a specialist Dr five days before a booking was made . Sizwe asked me to send all relevant documents which I did and that was it, no response or communication whatsoever I had to phone them and ask if they received what they needed they said yes.I had to phone again to ask when I'm getting my authorization, how long should I wait which they said they emailed to me liers. I eventually got my authorization after a miserable customer service from Sizwe Medical Scheme. π
