I bought a wig from clicks, I was unhappy with the quality so clicks sent some guys from Ram to collect the wig. The wig was collected yesterday, Iwas told I'd be refunded when the wig reaches your warehouse. I'm waiting for my refund. The guy from Ram who came to fetch the wig called me using 066 486 5817. I called him this morning asking if the wig was sent to your warehouse, he told me he didn't know. Can I please be refunded today. My other worry is that no one has contacted me regarding receiving the wig.
Bought a Rose wig from clicks, San hair brand. The hair quality is very bad, the hair sheds, the curls aren't as they are on the picture, they tangle, even the volume of the hair is bad, it's like only one hair piece was used to make the wig. All I want is for clicks to refund me, I'm being told I'll only get refunded once the hair is at their warehouse but no time frame is given. I just want my money back that's it. The hair was bought online.
I bought sneakers and tekkies online from Cape Union mart.I then canceled the order before the items were delivered to the intended address.I kept sending emails to their customer service email address for the cancelation.I was then told that the items will have to be delivered to the store and then they'll process my cancelation and refund.all this will take7-10 days.I don't understand why i should wait 7-10 for my money when it's actually quite clear that the items didn't even reach me.why am i being punished for canceling the order? I want cape union mart to refund me asap,i wont wait 7-10days.i want my money
I've been trying to get Tyme bank to send me my proof of payment for a payment that I made to woolies as the statement we get from the online banking doesn't show some details. Tyme bank is stalling. No one is responding to my emails even the social media platforms don't respond to DMs. What needs to be done for Tyme bank to take us seriously?
My online order was delivered to Mr Price Maponya, I couldn't go collect it. I could only go in this weekend to fetch it. I'm being told it say delivered on the system which means someone collected my package. I would like to see a cctv footage showing who collected it and when coz I don't have my jacket.
This morning my car battery was stolen. I didn't receive a call from fedility when the incident happened, no warning of my car being broken into. I would like for fedility to compensate me as I installed a tracker to prevent such things.
Last week, I bought groceries from pick n Pay ASAP which amounted to R245.The store did not have some of the items. My account was then credited with R57.00.I completed an EFT form to have the money deposited into the bank account. I was asked to verify my account details I did after being asked twice by Nadeem Scott. He made me feel like I was stealing from pick n Pay or something which is weird because I use cash, I don't take stuff of credit. When I checked my account after an email from Nadeem Scott. The account was on a zero balance. Now 7days later there's still no money refunded back, the account which Is deleted has nothing.i sent emails to pick n Pay, it's been more than a week now no one knows what happened to my credit. So Nadeem Scott your consultant stole my money now no one wants to account. Why do pick n Pay consultants steal from us. How many other customers has he stolen from without anything being done? Because now it looks like I'm expected to just forget about this because your consultants are no longer replying to emails. I want my money.

I then sent the guy that was assisting me an email days later, way before the debit order magtape ran that I would like to cancel my contract. The consultant being a consultant that only wants to push a sale, proceeded to have the debit order run 7 times on different days from my tyme bank account. The bank charged me R91 of unpaid debit orders because someone was trying to push a sale and get a commission. I would for momentum to refund the R91 that was unlawfully debited from my account to my tyme bank account. I did not authorize for my account to be debited on 7 different dates.

I'm a R350 grant recipient,Tyme bank refuses to refund R91 that was unlawfully deducted from my account. I'm being told to contact the debtor, tried doing that but I'm being taken from pillar to post. I couldn't have possibly authorized for R470 to be taken from my account because I'm unemployed. Please reverse the money back into my account. R91 is a lot of money for someone like me. I don't understand why your consultants are refusing to do this. Major banks give their clients an option to block & reverse charges. Tyme bank doesn't have that option. Anyone can just go into our accounts and do as they please.please reverse the mobet today. I want too buy groceries.
