Don’t even THINK ABOUT IT!! I would not recommend staying here at the ALL. Firstly, you’re paying rent to live in an apartment- however you will be living in a glorified university res. You are not allowed to order food via Uber and receive it at your door step- you must walk ALWAYS - to the gate to receive it. When coming back from airport via Uber or anywhere for that matter, you may not under any circumstance allow the Uber to drop you inside the yard where it is safe. So you will travel with all your luggage and groceries by foot up to your “home”. Secondly, There are no Dustbins to easily access and throw your trash away. You must always walk to the gate with black bags to throw away. i.e What most people do is put the trash in their cars and drive down to the gate to get rid of it. Thirdly, the apartments are situated in an area where the east facing neighbourhood is an informal settlement - where I’ve heard gunshots on two occasions. Fourth, Renprop is good for ****ming you out of your deposit and they increase rent abruptly. Fifth, the newly built apartments have used cheap material so any little water mark will stay there forever and you will be held liable for it in your deposit. Renprop also does not take urgency to attending to issues that need fixing in the apartment
Poor communication and feedback turn around from Fraud department, more Specifically Ms Mayoline Naidoo - responsible for investing Fraud cases at FNB.
We want to know how far the investigation of a GAS LEAK that claimed the lives of two young women in 2022 is going. Do we keep moving forward as if it was not negligence on your end ( as a hotel)? How do we trust that it wont happen to anyone else if we choose the cradle hotel for a holiday stay? Are we safe?, has your systems changed?, are you more careful of GAS LEAKS ?, do you finally comprehend the need to preserve human life at all costs ?, especially when escaping reality to come there and relax?
I think this is the 3rd Review I write in three weeks. I am extremely annoyed - no sense of urgency. The FNB customer Resolution Centre really isn't looking into helping with anything. Theirs is to tick off the "phone call" of "trying to assist you", when in actual fact - their not helpful. FRAUD department shows no sympathy nor sense of urgency - a clear display of carelessness. No one has contacted me regarding my investigation since it occurred - a huge sum of money was stolen and they continue like its business as usual. I truly and deeply and disappointed by this financial institution - one that's meant to be a cut above the rest but rather carrying out their tasks like a low quality backyard bank. I no longer recommend this financial institution, nor do I believe it should be suggested to any business/organization.
I think the worst thing about FNB is their inability to keep you updated throughout the process of an ongoing investigation on the money that was stolen from you. The FNB fraud department is inept and show very little compassion to the trauma we experience as clients. For the past two days i have been emailing and calling the lady responsible for my case and she has not reached out, i was told she would contact me in 24 hours - however no response. This unacceptable.
FNB customer call center could do better by promptly answering customer calls, regardless of whether its a Friday end of business. The cyber crime ecosystem does not have a knock of time nor do they waste time ensuring that their agenda's are fulfilled. Waiting an hour on the line -time when cellphone is stolen and when you receive help- is Unacceptable!!!. Secondly, the FNB app might be well established better than its competitors, however it is poorly secured and easily accessible to perpetrators who can " change passwords" by simply clicking on {FORGOT PASSWORD} - OTP's are obviously sent to the cellular devise that might be illegally in possession of thieves!!. These issues need to be fixed immediately, we are growing more tired of trusting FNB with out investments and ultimately the process of investigating money that can be stolen within an hour is unfounded and truly discouraging.
Nandos CORLETTE DRIVE, has non attention to detail. They chicken is dry, burnt and does not have any sauce. Completely unacceptable and should be reviewed immediately!
