Never ever will I recommend Cape Town Pickfords or use them again. Poor service from getting a quote to packing and unpacking (which I paid for), it didn’t happen. No follow up from the agent working with me - two weeks later and still no contact. 2nd Hand boxes, and some even used 3 times before were used. Extreme pressure from myself to sort crew while unloading. They arrived late, had to phone me to get delivery address, which is all on my contract. Pickfords logo say Professional and experienced people are used, their office personnel is absolutely of no help or assist me dealing with problems. They are not up to standard and unprofessional. Insurance was part of my contract, I was only given the list in a haste to complete 3 days before my move. Everything about this move was stressful and I paid for a service which is not delivered - and no one is helpful. Poor poor service from the office.

Not even worth any star. They don’t answer calls, 18 min later: ‘we are experiencing high call volumes-there are zero callers before yoy’. How is this choice of words. No reply on emails. I changed my billing details, but still no reply. Just a mail that my service will be ended…. I will not recommend them to anyone

After various calls, filling in contracts, harassing my tenant for info, and three weeks later, no internet connection which is only a online call for connection as explained to me. Taking forever to get through. This is the worst customer service I experienced in a long time.

This will be my 3rd attempt putting my complain here regarding my new membership cards which is ‘on it’s way’ for a year now. After my 1st attempt a lady from Discovery phone, apologies and said I would have my cards the next week. Well no surprise there then…..it’s longer than 30 days and still no cards……
I should not give them any star….. I change the main member last year already. Myself and my broker has emailed on numerous occasions to sort and send my new membership cards. Have received emails back that it will be sorted. One year later. Still no membership card. Worst service ever.
