Used to like this brand so much! But since we ordered on the 26th of November we only received it late december , shockingly there was a item missing , countless email later to find out what happened we gave up as we did not even get one response , They are still actively marketing instead of packing orders , maybe it is better to **** people than actually delivering a proper service.
I ordered online on the 5th of December and it still has not even been packed , i think this sentence is self explanatory why it's a 1 star. I leave on the 15th for a 3 weeks vacation and this was supposed to be the secret santa gift which I now missed. Thanks Yuppiechef
I have the absolute joy of using their service, Servers are fast , support is very good. All round win for my company
Horrible , logged a ticket , they closed it and said the line is testing fine , although on my side i am connected with no devices but my laptop on ethernet and its testing under 5mbps , I have a 60/60 btw , this internet is unusable , their service is terrible , the log a ticket system is broken on my dashboard I cannot select a item on the dropdown , I made a point to them over 2 times that the cable has visible brokeage , still no one has come out to site to repair or fix my connection issue
Their customer support sucks yet again!! Lines keep dropping and their mic are not working because they cant hear me or I cant hear them! I have been struggling with the same issue now for 2 weeks!
Horrible , dont trust their packages - they tell you that you can have 75 accounts but at account 26 when you start getting errors they tell you the server resources are depleted and you need to upgrade with a very ****ty response on a support ticket. All my websites running on this server is extremely slow and loading forever but on another server its working fine. I tried calling and they guy threw the phone down in my ear when I asked him to speak louder. Honestly from the start I have been logging support tickets everyday of stuff not working.

Took my car in for a service and asked the staff to check if they can also investigate why there is a squeking noise coming from the front. They Identified the issue and told me that they will be submitting a claim to my motor plan and quote me for a leaking waterpump. This was in July. I have not heard anything back not even a word and I have been there multiple times!! They just take my number everytime but never gets back to someone , 2 weeks after they had to submit the claim my Motor plan has expired. Now I am left with massive amount of damage. Would not recommend service is absolutely terrible
