Extremely poor service and lack of attention to detail. I requested that two network doctors be ADDED for my dependents. Instead, the request was handled incorrectly and a doctor was removed that I never asked to be removed. Because of this mistake, my dependent was sent back home and denied medical attention. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care, reading accuracy, and urgency when dealing with healthcare-related requests. I have called and requested assistance and a call back, but I have received no resolution or meaningful support. This issue has directly impacted access to healthcare, yet there is still no proper correction or feedback.
I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service used by Mr Price. I placed my order on 24/04/2026, and it is now well past the expected delivery date with no meaningful updates. The last tracking update was on the 2nd of May, and since then, there has been complete silence. The carrier provides no information at all, leaving me completely in limbo with no idea where my order is or when it will arrive. To make matters worse, the carrier provided a reference number, but when I try to use it, they are unable to locate anything. Even after sending a screenshot of the reference number, they still cannot find my order in their system. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of coordination. Customer support keeps referring to a “technical delay,” but no one can provide clear answers, a revised delivery date, or any real solution. It feels like the issue is just being passed around with no urgency to resolve it. If you’re going to partner with a carrier, at the very least ensure they provide reliable tracking and proper communication. Right now, the delivery experience reflects very poorly on Mr Price. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Mr Price online. I placed an order on 24 April, and it was shipped on 29 April. The estimated delivery date has already passed, yet I still have not received my order. The last tracking update was on 2 May, and since then there has been absolutely no progress or communication. I have contacted their chat support multiple times, but the agent could not provide any meaningful updates—only mentioning a vague “technical delay” with the courier. I also took the initiative to contact the courier myself and logged a case, but I have received no feedback from them either. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. No updates, no follow-ups, and no accountability. I re**** on this order and expected better service, especially since my past online shopping experiences with Mr Price were smooth and efficient. At this point, I need urgent clarity:
I am extremely concerned that Nedbank shared my personal information without my consent. Calls were made to my supervisor about private matters, which is a serious breach of confidentiality. I sent a formal email raising this issue, but it has been ignored. This lack of response is unacceptable and shows poor customer care. I expect urgent feedback, a full explanation, and assurance that my personal information will not be shared again without my written consent.
I previously had a card with nedbank I was not charged R10 every day. I recently opened a new card with them however I'm now charged R10 daily i wrote to their ***** department the said it's for insufficient funds. The card I'm using has only 1 debit order that never declines for that debit order, so they explanations don't make sense.Meaning by the end of the month they would have taken R400 cause it happens daily. I'm very disappointed because this has never happened before I guess I need to start looking for another bank
I spoke to Ashlen he was calling me countless times because he wanted a sale now my services are still not activated, when i send him an email he does not bother to reply. I have been trying to call them but the wait time is very long, I just joined their ISP but already I'm not satisfied cause I'm without internet for days now and i have not being assisted. I Just want to cancel their stupid services
I always place orders on pnp ASAP and when the item is out of stock I never get my refund I'm owed 2 refund for different orders, a refund is always a hussle with pnp ASAP. I want my refund I tried calling no assistance till this day
I always place my order on the new pnp ASAP app when the item is out stock. I'm promised a refund however I'm never refund pnp owes me more than R250. I'm using a virtual card but i noticed I'm never refunded for the items out of order. The old app was better because you'd get the refund in your wallet. So they ****ming people their money.
Bad service I have been trying to get assistance with my late's mom life cover. All they do is transfer me from 1 department to the other with no help. I messaged them was promised a call back till now nothing has been done
