What an awesome experience I had! 😃. I filled out a form on their website for a quote, within minutes a consultant contacted me. He was very patient and thorough with everything that he was explaining to me. For any question I asked, there was no hesitation in giving a response.. At the end, I received a great deal. I'm happy indeed, thank you Outsurance.
****MERS ****** ****MERS! They sound very promising in the beginning of the loan application. Will then ask for a certain amount of payment for what they refer as "Legal fees". Then forge a successful transaction with your details, once the payment is done and send them a proof of payment. Next thing, they tell you that your loan amount is stuck in some department and require a further payment. I declined and requested for my money back. Now I'm being avoided.
If there was a rating lower than 1, I will definitely give it to Cielo. The customer service sucks BIG Time and they are very ***********! I had a package delivered to me, only to find out few days later that it belonged to another customer, mind you the receipt on the box had my full names, home address, cell number and even my email address. The consultant handling the issue contacted the other customer and said that her package was delivered to her and I signed for it, obviously not wanting to take accountability, I know this coz my details were given to the other customer and she called me to tell me all this. I agreed to return the products to Cielo, and then on the 4th of Feb 25, another delivery from Cielo was received, receipt with all my details yet again. I took my own initiative to contact the other customer and have her package delivered to her personally, at my own costs. Now I have different consultants calling me about returning the package and people coming to my home address unannounced coming for collection. Why should I be harassed for the company's incompetency?!
Anyone seeking great customer service, I highly recommend asking for assistance from Rampitseng Mochaki. He is a very helpful, patient and professional consultant. Thank you for your excellent service and keep up the good work.
1 July 2022 I purchased a Silver Crest Airfryer. Tried to use it for the first time on 16 July, I then sent a message of complaint on their whatsapp number, I was then given an email address for customer service. 18 July I sent an email to customer service to complain about the product (No response). 21 July sent another email requesting feedback on my previous mail (No response). 25 July received an email from Aya, saying I should courier the product back to them, which I did. 1 August I sent an email back to Aya to let her know that I have couriered the product and even have the tracking number. She responded same day that she will check with the return department and get back to me with feedback (No feedback received). 16 August I sent another email to say that I'm still awaiting feedback (No response). 9 September Aya sent email asking if I would like a replacement or store credit, no apology whatsoever for the long delay in response to my query. 11 September I responded that I would like a replacement of the product and asked what else is the company willing to offer for taking their own time to attend to my complaint (No response to this day). OneDealADay doesn't even deserve the 1 star rating I gave.
