This is not the first time that I have complained about vida cafe but it will be the last as I doubt my husband and I will EVER patronise this place again, and we’ll be sure to share our disgusting experience on every platform possible. And we’ll be sure to let all our friends and family know as well. Which outlet are we referring to?? Southdowns. Probably the worst vida outlet in the country. Bad staff attitude and an unmatched eagerness to close up long before 6pm - your official closing time. Mind you, not the first time we’ve been turned away well before 6pm. We arrived at your Southdowns outlet today at 5:37pm (my husband noted the exact time) and we were promptly and rudely advised ( by a lanky, older guy - always has a poor attitude and clearly cannot stand working there) that vida is closing! At 5:37 pm!!!? What lunacy! How unbelievably pathetic and LAZY- the hallmark of so many retail outlets who pretend to pride themselves on providing “great service “ , with catch phrases like “we’re here to listen “ on their website. NOT OK! NOT ALLOWED. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Closing at 5:37pm??!!! Turning away (what used to be) regular, paying clients??!!! NO. GARBAGE and probably ******* as it is not stipulated anywhere in your outlet that no one will be served after 5:30pm! I’m almost certain that this constitutes some sort of legal infraction. What I can assure you is that bad service can wreck a business. So the question is , what will YOU do to address this appalling service issue????????! Mrs Stegmann and Mr Giles
BEWARE OF WOOLWORTHS ONLINE! I ordered an item on 1 May. Got an email confirmation of said order. Click and collect for 2 May. Got to the store and no item. Spoke to someone named Taylor at your call centre- this silly, stupid, rude girl hung up on me! That’s Problem one. Problem two- my click and collect order is not at the store. Hence the call. The hang up girl said the order number cannot be traced on their system! How very, very odd and suspicious… order number o325171007. They can't even Find my order! Someone else named chimonay called and said it would all be escalated. THAT WAS 2 MAY. It's now 6 May and I have sent 3 emails to Woolworths !What a joke! The social media bots are just as pathetic. ''We a so terribly sorry for your horrible ordeal with us & will get someone to contact you. So terribly sorry''. Pathetic, sorry, sad, unprofessional, ******* retailer...absolutely appalling ! Radio silence from a mammoth retailer! Sickening...
Forced to give a single star to continue writing. One star is too high a rating. On 5 November, just before 8am, I received a notification that my package was out for delivery. At just before 4pm, after a full day wasted, I called SkyNet. The start of the nightmare. They told me the driver’s truck broke down but my package would be there by 5. Nothing. I called after 5pm, office closed. Lovely. I called again this morning after 10am as NO ONE has called me! Perhaps my package has been ******?? I wouldn’t know. I eventually spoke to someone there (very ***********) after holding for 12 minutes. She tried to call the driver. They wouldn’t or couldn’t answer. She let me wait for 3 minutes. She then said she’ll escalate to a manager. After being ridiculously ***********, she proceeded to drop the call. Now I was ****ed off! Still am. Can you tell??? I called in again (my expense), asked to speak to someone in charge. On hold for 9 minutes, call was dropped by SkyNet. My call is so important to them! I tried again, and no agents are available. If your company has no clue about logistics and service, close the business!!! Your sole function is to deliver packages! And you obviously can’t do that! Close your doors and let competitors like courier guy do what they do best. SkyNet is an abomination! Shameful. Disgusting. Appalling. Run in the other direction!!
If there was the option for a half star or no star, that’s what I’d rate takealot. A colossal stuff up to say the least. My return was processed for refund by takealot on the 15th of nov. Both items received and scanned on the 15th at your Centurion mall point. It’s the 26th of November and where the hell is my refund !?!!??! I’ve been backing and forthing with takealot on Facebook and I’ve they’ve been extremely unhelpful with delays and excuses!! Unacceptable, appalling, sickening! I want my money!!!!!!!
PAXI I want the number for your pkl jhb hub 2. I sent an item to rustenburg (7-9 day packet) from centurion Thursday October 13 after 5pm and the lady got it yesterday, Monday 17 Oct . She sent my item on Thursday , same day, and it says it’s at your jhb hub so it should go out for delivery today or tomorrow. So I want the number of that hub or the address so I can get it if I have to because I should have the parcel latest tomorrow!!. It’s unacceptable when she gets her item WITHIN 3 business days and I don’t!!!! (D631002285312) the parcel must be delivered tomorrow!
I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za. Kate Heigan has been handing our case since May and she has been nothing but professional, kind and diligent in the execution of her duties and we’ll gladly give her 5 stars ⭐️ she’s a keeper. Shana and Wayne Giles.
