Bad service ever.The worst day of my life. I bought extended service plan with Ford Lazarus in Centurion. So I made bookings for my car to be serviced, yesterday I took it in around 07: 40 in the morning. Around 13:30 received a call from the dealer telling me they can't service my car cos their underwriter called Innovation has not approved my service. I told them I don't understand, I bought the extended serviceplan with Ford not Innovation,guess what? I called Ford finance and told them to sort it out. Then I was told the two ladies who deals with Extended Warranties are both not at work. I had to collect my car from the dealer back using Uber then drove home. So my car will have to wait until the two ladies who were handling my transaction from Ford to return to work. The worst day ever.

Cash Crusaders Hatfield Branch: I called them at 15: 00 to check with them if they have the item I'm looking for. The guy tells me they have binoculars & they close at 18:00. I drive all the way from PTA CBD to Hatfield Boom🧨🧨🧨they are closed. They don't know how to treat customers, what a waste on my patrol.⛽
