I didnt bring my lunch to work today obviously depending on my trusted Chicken Licken - what a let down. Its like the entire salt container fell into the chicken. Both pieces were horribly salty I had to throw them away.
I have a prescribed Capitec debt that I am failing to remove from my Credit profile. I have disputed this matter with Experian and the ruling was in my favour. The matter was temporarily removed but later re-instated. I called Experian and it was removed again. This has been going on and on since last year. Now I recently learned that MBD has not been updating my Compuscan credit profile as well. I have been calling them endlessly without success. Please help.
I am tired of calling Experian. I had a listing for prescribed debt by MBD which I disputed and the results came back in my favour. The matter was removed from my account - temporarily. I checked my report a month later, the matter was back. I reported it again and I was told it's a resubmission. I was removed within 48 hours. This has been going on for almost a year now. What is worse is that Experian does not update their Compuscan records. So a matter may be cleared and removed on Experian but the same matter will still appear on Compuscan. For you to get the matter removed from Compuscan - you have to lodge another dispute which renders your credit profile worthless for the next 21 Days. I have a similar problem with my FNB temp loan which was paid up. I kept sending paid up letters but nothing. The account will temporarily be removed but a few weeks later, it reappears. And still the Compuscan portal does not get updated. Where must one go to get help? The bank says they have submitted updates to the bureax, the bureax say no - lodge a dispute. I need help.
I have been trying to get through to the FNB Temporary loans for 3 weeks without success. Whenever they get to answer the phone, they either keep quiet, refer me to the next line or the call get dropped. I am so frustrated right now - I have made over 70 calls which all kept being referred or dropped. All I need is to confirm whether my temporary loan has been settled. My credit profile has not been updated and all I need is to get them to update my profile.
I was looking for a car on auction and contacted about three so-called auctioneers I found on Ananzi Auctions https://www.ananzi.co.za/. All using the same modus operandi. The car is on the floor and will be taken for auction in the next hour or so. You must pay a 30% refundable holding deposit so that they can reserve the car for you. They all use Capitec Bank accounts and you are not allowed to view the cars before paying the holding deposit. It is a scam guys please be careful - I was quick enough to go on the net and do a bit of a search on the companies.
My family had the worst experience with SANLAM. My dad worked for the City of Tshwane for many years and upon passing last year April we got to learn that their pension fund was underwritten by SANLAM. We thought since this was a reputable company, our claims will probably go smooth. That was not to be. To start off, the employer submitted the documents to SANLAM late - that was end of August 2021. All the documents they needed were submitted. After 6 months we started following up with the employer and we were told that SANLAM is still busy. Towards the end of the 10th month I asked for SANLAM's number and the name dealing with the case. I expected professionalism and some level of sympathy from SANLAM but I received none of that. I have a stepmom with three kids of school-going age renting an apartment which has not been paid in three months. I needed to know what one must do to get the process fast tracked. I was given Onwabile Sangqu's details. I have been calling Onwabile for over a month on 012 6833 740 without a response. I have been calling the Call Centre everyday since last month and each time I get told that they have sent her an email and she will call me back. I have left numerous messages with the call centre agents who all promise to check and revert back to me. Not a single call came back. This is very bad service - I have other products with SANLAM which I deemed good and beneficial but their level of service is dismal to say the least. It is a year now without the payout of a pension fund - and we are told all is in order. When I called the employer in June, I was told that SANLAM is finalising the claim, they are left with interviews. When I called SANLAM in August - they gave me the same line that they are about to conduct interviews and wrap the claim. I need to know what's going on, where is the held up and why is this Onwabile not answering her phone. Her Supervisor Reinette is also not reachable on 012 6833 819. I have also lodged a complaint with the SANLAM Complaints Department which fell on deaf ears. This is my last hope of reaching out since the month is coming to an end and we must make alternative accommodation plans for my stepmom and kids. The level of unresponsiveness from SANLAM is really disappointing. There is a lot competition in the insurance industry for one company to believe that it is in monopoly.
