27 Oct 2022, 11:12 Complaint - fabric falling apart I bought a skirt at Dmf clearwater, git home and realised it was big, went to return the garment and was told j can only exchange, as they don't not do refunds on sale items - I was in a rush and said I'd come back whenni have time and look for an item to exchange for. So yesterday evening 26/10/2022 a little after 6pm, I went into the store and searched for an item to exchange for, found a top did the exchange and went home. The item had a moist / storage smell, so I decided to wash in fabric softener, hung the item over night in my bathroom. This morning the item is dry, but now it has so much of fabric damage and stretches, I cannot keep with the hopes if wearing it anytime in the future. So my issue is, why sell items that are ready to fall apart? Also does this mean I need to make a forth trip to the store, over an issue linked to the original purchase? Can some from the store contact me with a solution please.
