I have still not received my refund or credit since June.
Hi, I went to the Jimmy's killer prawns on the 4th of January for my wife's birthday and I have to to say that the service is just terrible. I didn't get my starter. One of the 3 waiters we had probably ate it. One of the orders where wrong. The aircons didn't work. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. We must of spent over 2 hours in that sweat box. The place was half full and the service I received was unacceptable. The food though, was not too bad. I would of went back if it was not for the service. 2 Stars because of the food. The 3 of us spent about R800 (I never tip the waiter for the first time in my life) which made me feel bad. However I pay for the food and tip for the service
In the month of June, I had no internet due to rain taking the entire month to replace the modem that stopped working. I did pay for the month of June although I had no internet. I have requested a refund or even a credit for that month and we are currently in August, with no insight to this issue. I did not pay my account this month, on purpose and I'm getting disconnected. As I type this message I'm on the phone for 40 minutes with no assistance and probably wont get any. No service as expected - I cut the call
I've had Rain for a year now and I have not had an issue until now. You really get to know a companies values when something goes wrong. My router stopped working for about 2 weeks now and logged a ticket and was not contacted. I logged a call me back a few days later and no called me. My last option was to call in. The first call: I was advised that someone will contact me, which no one did. Second call: I was advised that I will be contacted the same day, to have this resolved. I received a message for the courier to collect the broken modem, but no contact regarding the replacement. I have been more that patient but all I need is my internet and I don't think that many people will be happy for paying for something that they cannot use. If you cannot resolve this by Wednesday. I will have to unfortunately cancel the service.
Can anyone believe that KFC has not contacted me yet. I have placed a complaint about 2 weeks ago and No one contacted me or refunded me.
Wish there was a lower number. I placed an order through Uber eats and they delivered the food as normal and as normal the order was not complete. My order number is #28185. My Pops for my child was not delivered, my Mash and gravy was not delivered. How can these things happen over and over again? I ordered 10 pieces of chicken and you give me 5 drumsticks, whats the point of that. I will probably as also get a call and you will give me another voucher that never works. Please get your act together.
Hi, I just want to thank Lebogang Mashiane for all the help he provided me with. 5 Stars for him. He assisted me in getting documents I required and he did it so fast, that I couldn't believe it. I wish all agents were like him. Keep up the awesome work
I called ABSA vehicle finance on Monday the 20th of January and requested a Natis document. The lady I spoke to advised that she is requesting the document for me and that it takes 5 to 7 working days. I then advised her that it is urgent and she told me that I could collect it on Friday. I called in today to check if everything is on track and Chantelle assisted me, advising me that no documents have been requested. She also advised me that a CZ number would have been issued which was no done on Monday. Can someone please help me to get it sooner. I have to say that Chantelle has given me awesome service today. I did not request a reference number on Monday.
Hi, Last week Friday, my wife placed an order from Nando's Sandton and the delivery did not take place. The order was placed at 9pm and we did not have any idea if the delivery was going to take place or not. We called in on Saturday and the manager advised me that he needed to contact a different manger and that he was going to call me back. I was contacted again with a pathetic excuse that we cancelled the order and this was advised by the call center. I was advised that I would be called back and I have not been contacted there after. I cannot believe how terrible the service is.

I have not received a single reply as yet. Monday we checked on the site and I have not received a reply until now. I even emailed the agent directly which clearly did not work.<br> <br> I would not recommend you guy's to anybody, as it a wait of time. I would advise you guy's to check on this as it is not a good reflection on your company. All I needed was a simple reply to my requests.
