I have since last week been waiting for my car double dics to be delivered to.me by their corrier who has been chanting me around from yesterday and today they waste my time petrol and airtime. They even alleged that o provided a wrong residential address which is not true why would I do that .the corrier guys call me but for us to meet it's a problem. L want the to just refund me I can or is able to go apply for my discs at registration of license and get it immediately avoid this waste and running around they cause with the arrogant corrier gys
I have invested with this company but I was do badly treated by a lady called Rosinah who had later let me join Siswehosmed nedical aid but when ii got challenges ihad told her about them of double debits I had experienced I told her about she did nothing cause she was busy with her things and later when I told again she said she got someone' to attend to me and my queries which never happened at all I had to deal with siswehosmed alone by myself while she claimed to be my agent. Later she blamed. me tor not having references to calls I make to hosmed .we agreed that she will arrange an appointment for us to go to their office at R21freeway but finally she decided to desert my case after I lost R1000-00 for co tribulations I made to suswe hosmed .this can not be correct for me to lose so much money No No
I have experienced a bad treatment from them of double double debits which I complaint about but nothing happened till they decided to terminate my membership and stole over 1000-00 I contributed financially
For the past two days they are changing me around in oder to receive my parcel f6om them their guys are wasting my time,airtime, data and petrol and they even lier that I have provided them with a wrong residence address which is not throw cause today they send me same residence address correct as it has ever been, l m tired of their bad so called service
They *****ulent stole mo and from my Bidvest Oldmutul bank an account of R90000-00
A lady by the name of Olga contacted me promised me that they will do debt review on my new car financed by Stanardbank to reduce my monthly installment with R1000-00 also drop/reduce my interest on the account by applying to Standbabank for that to happen which they never did siding a nandate which was *****ulent cause I never physically signed a document with them to give them such a mandate, I went to Stanardbank to enquire about such a debt review issue and I found that their was none instead CBS just debited my Bidvest bank account fir an amount of R4519.21 which totaled over R9000-00,I tried to speak to them to stop what they were doing elegally to me but my concern felt on deaf eyes they still own me that money I do not think they are a legal professional registered company No but instead **** company
Oldmutul failed to properly cancel and stop the transaction of cbs consulting company not to debit my Bidvest account with the debit oder cancelation form which their consultant at Soshanguve Crossing branch as a result I lost R4500-00 after I went to their branch and requested that such a debit oder of a *****ulent mandate for cbs consulting be stopped but that fid not happened as a result OLDMUTUL branch Manager, Regional Manager and their Headoffice complaint Office failure to address my complaint by taking action against their employees negligence
The owner borrowed me money and overcharged me on his interest with R300 I tried to speak to him to refund me but he is not prepared I m tired of spending my time and data with no positive response from him
