No transparency !!! worst courier company
This is worst courier company they were supposed to delivery my order from Cielo but there is no transparency, there is a lady called Erin that was supposed to assist but never returned my call!! They have my order at their warehouse but keeps on lying that they will deliver. Triton Edenvale !!!

ORDER NOT DELIVERED
On the 20th of December i paid for outdoor furniture for my partner for christmas, on the 28th they delivered wrong order, delivering bedboards and chairs! i travelled to Thailand from the 30 December till 10 jan told them to sort it out but got no delivery. i got promised it will be delivered today 15 Jan but no one took my call and ive sent multiple emails to Chante Hobbs who is supposed to assist but not assistance !!! I cant even track the order as the order number shows delivered on distribution department. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I even used the web chat on whatsapp still unsuccessful!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible Experience with Cielo Outdoor Furniture
I recently purchased outdoor furniture from Cielo as a Christmas gift for my partner, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Instead of the items I ordered, I received two headboards and bar chairs, which is completely unacceptable. This mix-up has not only caused inconvenience but has also ruined the surprise I had planned for my partner. Monalisa Tose from the Customer Sales Liaison department has been unhelpful and has not been responding to my emails, further complicating the situation. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Cielo, as my experience has been the worst I have encountered with a furniture retailer.

Joy riding customer’s cars
I dropped off my X5M for windscreen repair and it stayed over night ! When I collected it in the morning it seemed like the guys there were joyriding my car! I left the car there with 100km of petrol and only to collect it with on 40kms and the safety belts clipped on both driver and passenger ! Clearly someone was joyriding the car and they had the belts clipped behind them too. The belts and the petrol kms just sold it off !!

BAD SERVICE AND LOW QUALITY
I've spent over 1.3 million rand on building materials from Carrim, the one located on Atterbury road Menlyn. I have never had an issue with the items I've been purchasing and all this changed after I bought 20+ floodlights and the ones that had sensors was messed up on the sensor part and these guys after all the amount I had spent refused to change them. Adriaan the store manager, the white guy with the glasses was very rude and treated me like a customer that did not spend over a million rand on materials. I have always had the best services with the rest of the stuff like Moses and Daniel. The service I received from the manager was disgusting and disappointing I don't know if it is my race colour but I am never going back there for my building projects. If you are reading this do yourself a favour and go purchase your items from builders warehouse down the road cause the quality of items from Carrim are really not worth it. Adriaan is a bad manager that does not understand customer service and under estimates people. If you buying something from them buy things in the building yard but not inside the shop the quality of things is not to standard. I will never return to that shop rather I go to Chamberlain or Builders Warehouse and I advise you do the same. rather pay more for good quality products than deal with a bad service and low quality products.

Excellent service, Tshepo was very helpful with every single step of the application process until the delivery! I would recommend MIT Mak motors to anyone interested in purchasing a good quality car
