Clearly Pannarotis cares 0% for customer service. No wonder they are loosing out to other family restaurants
If I could give a zero star I would. I have been struggling to Rain to stopped debiting my account for 4 months! I've sent written instructions for them to cancel my coverage and this has been done, however to my surprise, they continue to charge R625 pm to my savings account I am now R2 500 in the red with now access to the service that I am paying for. If this issue is not resolved within the next 2 business days I will be forced to log a complaint with Internet Service Providers' Association (ISPA). I cannot continue throwing money into a black hole! This is daylight *******
I have been waiting for my updated statement of results since 14 December. Really getting no meaningful feedback or timeline when the issue will be resolved. New students are getting quick and good replies. Feels like Regent are keeping them happy since they will still receive funds from them in future. My account is paid up and my course completed so I am an after thought to Regent. After spending three years and thousands of rands at Regent Business School I must say that I am highly disappointed to say the least!
It's been 7 days since I logged a withdrawal reversal (e wallet) since I cannot access the funds. I was promised this would be resolved within 2-3 days. This is poor service. No voluntary feedback ever received and when I do chat with an agent I get empty promises
