Good day.Yesterday marked 2 years since my Mom's and sentinel hasnt paid my late mother's death pension (NS MBOBOSI) who was working at Harmony target Mine I have never expirienced such bad service with a company like this & its so sad because my mom was the primary caregiver for my son who has special needs & my brother. Since our claim has been on payment processing its wild.
Good day, I'm beyond frustrated with sentinel services. We have a death claim with them since April 2023 of our kate mother ID 6812300890086, our claim benefit was handed to PFA last year (i do understand why it has taken this long) but we won the case last year November the 15th & we were sent emails to send our bank proof of accounts, which we did on the 28th of November 2023 In January 2025 i did a follow up of the claim & i was told the ddnt receive our documents then we sent them again.. The problem with them we must do the follow up and they were requesting the documentations 1 by 1, February the 12 2025 we sent all the required documents to this date we haven't gotten the payments & there is no communication again. I wanted to ask how long does the process of payment take when they have all the documentation.. I have a 2 siblings , 1 nsfas hasn't fundend him & the other one hs special needs
Hello Our case has been with PFA since April from a case that was lodged through sentinel retirement fund for our late mother who was working at Harmony gold mine her Id being 6812300890086 who passed away a year ago & was our primary giver Can our case please be attended to as we are suffering and have no financial assistance with my younger brother. We have a pending claim with PSA and sentinel over our lates moms retirement fund Since april our case was handed over PSA by sentinel and no info has been given My mom passed on more than a year ago and we havent received our pay out
Hello It's been almost 5 months claimed my late Moms retirement, she passed away in March this year and we claimed in April still nothing and there's not been any updates whatsoever Her Id number 681230089086
@TheCourierGuySA i have tried all their social media platforms including emailing them regarding my lost parcel which was suppose to be delivered Monday, when i.tracked it yesterday it showed it was delivered.Then i was told the driver who was handling my parcel got fired What i dont understand how my parcel was delivered to some9ne who had no pin, no driver called me Monday to check if he was coming nor asked if I'm around the address that was on the invoice/slip..Today i receive your whatspp asking me to send you the cost of my invoice of the parcel I need answers and my parcel Please!!!!!
