Bad bus travel
Had two trips on the Cape Town to Durban route booked for my wife from George to PE. Going there the Bus was 1h30min late. Coming back it had a 2 hour delay. Then on route had to make a u-turn at the Tsitsikamma toll gate because they left a passenger at the Tsitsikamma petro port. Another delay. I will definitely not recommend using this service. No apology, just excuses.

ITT Couriers
Ordered from Temu and received good discount on 10 items bought. Order was split in to two deliveries. ITT says that they tried to deliver the packages twice.... but never gave me a call or made contact via any platform to inform me of the delivery. Items where sent back to buffalo logistics and I still do not have my parcels that I payed for more than 6 weeks ago. Trying to sort it out with ITT is a useless exercise, they put the blame on the customer for not delivering the parcels.

Billing and response problems
Mellins i.Style is an overly expensive eye care institution. Their customer service is shocking and their billing does not makes sense either. You pay the billl and then conveniently they forgot about the frames. I will definitely not go there again.

Knock off **** with no chance if refund
Bought shoes for R800 with a money back guarantee!! Don’t let them fool you too!!!! It is knock off junk from China that they sell and if you want to return it you have to pay the postage to China at R1000 or you can keep the junk and the refund you 25%…. R250. Nice policy, pay more to get rid of the **** we sell or accept a small refund and trough it away yourself! Don’t buy anything from them, rather **** out your money!
