I have been charge a monthly fee as my internet service provider for the last three months, but have no account with them. No rougher ever delivered, no installation whatsoever! I have tried three times to get hold of someone, but get reverted to a WhatsApp Bot that keeps telling me to hold while he connect me to an agent. After two hours, I finally get an agent who says he needs to escalate this to.... well, here I am for the third time, waiting on hold. Today I started at 10:28 and it is now 15:35 and still no joy. If this is the support service they give - it doesn't matter if you're saving a buck - their service stinks. TIME IS MONEY! One star too much.
Bought two cases of wine, totally disappointed - the wine has turned and is absolutely undrinkable. The worst thing about this is that I cannot send it back, which is a great shame. Not even good for cooking! 😟
I am an avid online shopper and OneDayOnly has been a constant for me despite the wait, the delivery charges and the sometimes bad quality of the purchase, I have also hit some incredible deals and been thrilled with my purchase. However, returning a much anticipated item due to a bad fit or for any legitimate reason and already disappointed that you cannot exchange it rather, you still have to pay a collection fee. Such was the case this last time. I waited at my door, package in hand, for 5 minutes because the delivery man collecting my return, (who knows me by name), had another 7 deliveries in the same complex that I live in. Figure this, each one of those paying a delivery fee. And they charged me to return an item already paid for and delivery charged. Alas! So in essence, I paid over R100 for something I do not have. Made me rethink buying from them again.
To give this finance institute one star is to be generous! Trying to get through to anyone who can help has taken me over a week of multiple emails, multiple calls, and continued WhatsApps attempts - still no joy. I settled my account and got charged another monthly instalment so I am over 4K down, and I have not received any ownership papers. So I cannot sell my vehicle that I have placed in AutoTrader at a cost - the most frustrating experience ever and shocking service from an *********** company. AVOID!
Whilst the quality of their goods may be good, their online shop is sluggish and non-responsive. No notification on status of delivery and after 7 days, 3 emails and a phone call, still no joy! I could have collected as it's just up the road, so no excuse for being in an outlying area. Disappointing. Can't recommend.
Noni Nkosi assisted me over the phone and was both friendly and very professional. She went the extra mile to get me the best possible package to insure may home contents, portable possessions and 'gogo mobile' and convinced me with merit that I should move from King Price to Outsurance for better service and premiums! Well done Noni!
