I was happy with their quote & transparency of the cost of parts from legit manufacturers. I like to be involved in the repair of my vehicle and that’s exactly how I felt when I took my car here. Affordable as well.
Tried it out and was not happy after my first optometrist and had to make a co-payment while the flexicare site said it’ll pay full consultation, one test and frames. I immediately requested a cancellation after this as the premiums I used for the past months could’ve paid for the visit and way MORE.
It is taking MTN almost a month to process my ESim request after failing to assist me with a sim swap. One of their telephonic telemarketing agents signed me up for a data plan and I agreed, but without receiving the product I requested to cancel the order since this prohibited the agents at the store to assist me with a sim swap due to the ‘open order’. The status of the order was changed to ‘returned to warehouse’ for almost 2 weeks now, but I went to the store a couple of times paying for fuel and parking with zero resolution. I am very frustrated as I feel a sim swap should be of utmost importance. I have not been able to communicate effectively with my clients, my vehicle tracker team has tried to reach me numerous times in case of emergencies and had to call my family members as they couldn’t reach me. MTN is affecting my livelihood as well as my safety at this point. This was a learning moment for me and I will NEVER consider another contract with them. I am looking for a way out of the contract now no matter how much it will cost as my safety and livelihood is important to me. They take over 24 hours to respond to emails. I can not go for a month without my number. It is absurd.
Bafana M assisted me with my VUM Insurance claim and I was happy, however after the claim no one from their team is taking communication seriously. They don’t have good communication. They could improve with getting back to clients as well as being responsive on their WhatsApp as well as emails. Their sales team is the most effective when offering insurance, but support is not the best.
They attended to my claim quickly through my Oaksure Broker. I am happy with their claiming process except the excess I didn’t know I had to pay for having a C1 license.
