JLRSA: 4 Months in Arrears
As a supplier our account is 4 months in arrears and 1 month current. Their processing of payments is ridiculously slow. Been struggling for years with them but 4 months in arrears is really unacceptable. As a customer we won't even get out the door with out paying.

Shocking Service
My mother has being trying to get share certificates for her shares at ABSA since 2019. We have paid an amount of R3000.00 odd for the re-issue there of. Between Southern Cross and Computer Share no one seems to know what is going on. 6 YEARS is ridiculous!!!!!

PnP Southdowns a to notch store
The upgrade of the store is wonderful. Been a shopper at this PnP since they moved in. The coffee kiosk and general layout has also improved. Well Done!

Business Online Update
Called technical support twice for business accounts (held on in total for 1 hour). Cannot access desktop online profile due to update. Click on update sends one to a lost URL. The account is my Mother in laws which has tech limitations, I have to drive 30kms to her so that account can be authenticated.

No Feedback
App**** for a re-advance on a home loan which is almost paid up. App**** in November 2024, advance finally approved in late December 2024. I still have received no advancement. It will be 1 February in two days time.... no communication from home loan representative since last week Tuesday...... I now, according to the Home Loan call centre, because heaven forbid you contact the person dealing with our bond telephonically, complete a 6 page form to activate the bond.... excuse me but you have all the info already. I am so confused........

Gross Negligence by Old Mutual
Pathetic!! I cannot stress the in efficiency of Old Mutual. Submitted a change of bank details on 17/07/2024 only confirmed of the changed on 18/09/2024. Two months. Seriously. In the interim one of the policies has lapsed and Old Mutual now wants Revival and Health & Lifestyle Forms completed for a 79 year old!!! This policy is more than 20 years old. I have 14 reference numbers regarding change of bank details and revival of policy. This matter is at the arbitrators as well. I was informed that I would get a response within 5 days. Arbitrator's date of acknowledgement was the 29 October 2024. Seems Shanaaz Scholtz has since died...... have not heard a word. Shame on all of you!!

Terrible Customer Service turn around times
Tried to change bank details for debit order. Completed and forwarded form plus proof of account in August 2024. Old Mutual requests the completed 4 times after the form was already sent. Then not all policies DO went off so policies were in arrears. Emailed and called for correction twice a week in September and October requesting premium collections. Now policies have lapsed and we have to have medical report etc to revive policy. This is gross negligence on Old Mutual’s part and should be rectified without completing any documentation. Old Mutual was to change the bank details on the profile applicable on all the policies listed under profile. Submitted complaint twice hoping for escalation on problem. Heaven help us if we need to claim on the life policies!!!

Authentication on App or OTP Useless against *****sters
My debit card was compromised and had 3 transaction go off for R74000.00. I immediately (on app, on SMS and ***** Hotline) let FNB know that the transactions were unauthorised. FNB will not refund because my card was compromised. Surely the fact that you informed them within minutes that it was ***** they can stop the payment. I was always under the impression that there is insurance on this situation. FNB should offer insurance for situations like this. Furthermore, what is the point of having the authentication/OTP process when the ******* are so nifty that they can by pass this process. I did not accept the authentication or forward the OTP on these transactions.
