Stay away from incredible connection online, they delivered a damaged gas heater, now iam stuck with it since I cannot return it, I’ve even went to their shop in Brooklyn mall and they are just as useless as the online ones. The level of incompetence is shocking. This is the second time I have to go through this with them. Their return process is so so *****. I’ve spent almost R500 of petrol and airtime trying to return this. Iam still stuck with it. Never again.
I experienced a poor online service where an item was falsely advertised. Upon receipt, I discovered it did not match the description. I returned the item at my own expense. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue through phone and email correspondence over the past month, I have yet to receive a refund. The company’s customer service has been unprofessional and rude. I have therefore decided to consult with my legal team. I strongly advise against engaging with this company, as it has proven to be a waste of time and money.

I preordered an m4 MacBook Pro from, later cancelled they Oder, now they are struggling to refund me even after numerous attempts to talk to them. Handed over the issue to my lawyer. The online team is useless, WhatsApp team even worse. Most *********** team ever. They keep saying my refund is stuck somewhere with finance.
They sold me **** AirPods Pro 2, they warrant even usb-c as the ad claimed. they warrant even the better ****s, its worse ****. it was not the first time this happened, they rejected my review their **** product the last time this happened. be careful on Takealot. It was also clear that the AirPods have been opened and tried then returned since they have marks on the case, but they sealed them and sold them as new, how disgusting.
If there was zero star that's what id give Takealot, good people be aware, Takealot now sells **** AirPods Pro 2 for the normal price. their ad says AirPods Pro 2 with usb c case, only to find that its **** and lightning. this is not the first time for me, will never buy from them ever again.
I bought a thule bag from their website worth R3000, after a few days of non resposnse from them, not responding to my emails and calls, i finally got hold of them becouse i wrote a review on google about this, i asked them about my oder, turns out the backpack is not in stock, they lie and say their online service suport was offline and they will get back to me within an hour, they never did. fine! now its been a week iam struggling to get my refund from them, they say i must follow up with payflex, as if its my dutie, as if its my fault they advertised bags they did not have stock of, very very dissapointed in their service, will not recmend them to anyone.
