I would like to complain about the very poor service I have been receiving at Astron Energy Havenside. This has been going on for a while now and I have been quiet about it thinking that they can improve and me giving them a chance to improve as well. But to no avail has the petrol attendants attitude towards customer service changed and neither have they turned their wrongs into rights. The service from this garage is very bias and the attendants do not treat all customers fairly and equally. If you are not their friend or tip them,they give you pathetic service or no service. This has been shown and proven to me all these times that I am have had bad service from them. Today was the final straw and I could not accept or continue being made a fool and feel like I'm invisible to these guys. I start work at 2pm today,as I jumped into my car at home to get to work,I noticed that my one rear tyre had very low pressure. The Astron Energy Havenside service station is about a minute from my home. So I said i will go there,check my low tyre pressure and be in time for work. I got to the service station, the petrol attendants completely ignored me and attended to 3 vehicles that came after me. I waited and waited and nobody came to attend me. I stepped out of my vehicle, swore them and drove off. Now I had to drive to another service station out of my neighborhood to check my low tyre pressure. After this was done at the other service station, I am completely late for work now. While traveling to work,a truck threw a stone and it chipped my windscreen as well. Completely unnecessary because if I was done at the Astron Energy Havenside service station in time,I would not have seen that truck on the road and my windscreen would not have got a stone chip. I arrived late to work as well because of the Astron Energy Havenside service station. I'm not sure the names of the petrol attendants there but everything above,I have dashcam footage of. This can be sent to you if required. I know nothing will be done about this because I am just one person complaining to a big organization about their one franchisee. I have social media accounts and will be putting all the videos up if I need to so other people will be aware of the service at Astron Energy Havenside. These guys have gone too far for too long getting away with their bad service to me. I will do whatever it takes to expose them and their staff. If you can assist with disciplining them or something for bringing down your brand,please do so. I would really appreciate it. I'm sure customer service is one of the priorities of your organization. Without us,the customers, your business will be nothing. Please assist Thank you
Guys, please DO NOT do business with this company. They are *******. The owner Dean took my money for a job. But never completed it. The amount of work done and the amount of money i paid him does not balance out. He doesn't answer calls, sms's,emails, WhatsApp messages. Nothing. It's been almost 3 months now and not a single word from him. Please share far and wide to friends and family to steer clear of this guy and his company. He must go down and hard for taking people's hard earned money and abandoning their job. He doesn't even have the decency to even return a call or message. What kind of a businessman is that? I told him to return a portion of the money that he took from me and keep the balance for the work he has already done and I won't be angry or anything. I will just find someone else to complete the job. No hard feelings. He couldn't even do that. He really messed up and set me back now from my plans. It's not a nice feeling. I am beyond frustrated and angry now. Please share this to everyone you know in need of roofing,painting,etc work to be done. Woolworths Food Stop Malvern. This shop ****** me on Uber eats. When i placed the order in the morning, items were on sale at a discounted price. i placed my order,funds left my bank account. I was happy with the amount paid. When they were picking the order,ready to be delivered about 3 to 4 hours later,they changed the prices back to normal prices and took out an additional amount from my bank account. Why???? This is unacceptable. daylight *******. The offer clearly states that the sale/discounts is for the entire 24 hours of the day till 23:59pm. Not for selected hours of the day. I am very ****ed off with this. They robbing people. Last week i had a huge order,they canceled it at the last minute for no reason. That store needs to close down for *********** consumers. I want my money back!!!!
Clicks at the Village Market in Westville got absolutely lazy and unhelpful staff working there. They are so slow as well and do not care about people's time. But having said that, Clicks on a whole is absolutely pathetic. Customer service, returns policy,etc are very very time consuming. Nothing can ever be done quick and fast and everything always has an issue or can't he done or we don't do it like that, etc. I will not shop at Clicks again. Lazy staff. Procedures and policies are very difficult and complicated.
My name is Jason Naidoo. I would like to complain about your Park Square store in Umhlanga. I ordered 3 pizzas in the store on 7 October 2022, 2 large and 1 small 'My Box' meal pizza. I waited 55 mins to receive this order and only because I went to the counter and spoke up and complained that I am waiting so long. If I did not do that, I would have waited longer. There were only 2 staff making the pizzas, 1 putting the orders into boxes and 1 cashier. The store was absolutely busy and these staff could not cope. How do you run a store, in a such a busy location, with so few staff???? They were mixing up orders, not putting orders through as first come ,first served and they were moving at a snail’s pace with no care in the world that there is so many customers waiting to be served and waiting for their orders. NO SENSE OF URGENCY FROM THE STAFF. A DON’T CARE ATTITUDE IS WHAT THEY HAD. Numerous customers before me had placed online orders about an hour prior and pitched up to collect, only to realise that their orders were not ready, they had to wait a further 15 to 20 minutes. Uber Eats and Mr D drivers were waiting so long for their orders, staff were mixing these orders up as well. I just wanted to make sure that this franchisee get reported and this store either gets better or closes down. This is absolutely appalling service from a worldwide brand like Pizza Hut. This store makes the brand look bad and is bringing the brands image and reputation down. The staff offered no apologies to the irate customers. I was not the only unhappy customer there today, that I can 110% guarantee you. I spent my entire 1 hour lunch break ,only waiting for my order. When must I eat? What time must I get back to work if I only have a 1 hour lunch break? I am very, very ****ed off with the service from this store. This happened to me the previous Friday 30 September as well, bad service but I brushed it off as I thought it was just a month end rush. Twice in 1 week? Surely it cannot be that I am the one at fault. This franchisee or Pizza Hut SA need to do something for me so that I will want to go back to that store and refer other customers to go to that store.
