Sales call. Told sales agent that I can agree to the policy but only in Oct. Agent advised that they have a grace period where I can take the policy now n start my premiums in Oct. He advised that I won’t be paying anything in Aug n Sep. In Aug, they had a deduction. Called n explained that this wasn’t part of the agreement. They claimed system error. I got my refund. I knew that they’d do me dirty again. Cancelled the policy in September because I couldn’t afford their system error again. They deducted the premium and advised that I cannot get a refund because I cancelled the policy. The same policy that was suppose to start in October. Complaints team did not help and closed my complaint without addressing the issue and only addressing the 31 days notice thing yet she was doing an “investigation”… I want my money back and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! I am not pleased with this at ALL!!!
Stop calling me. Not interested and never app****. First time hearing about this. I have gotten over 6 calls from them today.
Didn’t stick to agreed debit order date. Called to have them take the money or do bank transfer when I realised it. Been given a run around for simple banking details. Now this is impacting my credit score.
31st of May 2024, changed banking details at the store in Wynberg, Maynard Mall. I was assured that my other banking details were removed. Yesterday, the deducted from both my accounts. I called two times and both those occasions, agents dropped the line. Called through to the brunch because I need the funds as I work on a budget. The first person I spoke to said that he will call me back right after accessing my account. He was not answering my questions and I requested to speak to the supervisor. She was rude!!!!!! I was told to go to the store to get my refund on Monday (I moved and I am far from the branch). Asked then to do an immediate refund and she said that “I either come to the branch or have head office reverse and that takes 3-5 working day” which I don’t have. I said asked who will cover my travelling costs aa this isn’t the first time they causing me detriment. She said that they will refund me cash IF they have funds at the branch! So I asked for complaint reference number because I can’t travel to their branch only for them to say that they don’t have finds! She was not interested in helping at ALL! I said “ you guys are ****ing my account and you can’t reassure me that I will be getting my money” she said she doesn’t like my tone because she failed to reassure a customer! Disgusting customer service from agents right up to supervisor!! Ohh! She dropped the line by the way! I hope you guys have my funds Monday.
Nontle was very helpful and was kind enough to ensure that I understood everything. I am happy that the 1st call handler called me back before being transferred to Nontle❤️. The gentleman was very kind. I am still yet to see how rain treats me so 4 starts will do for now😎❤️😮💨
October 2021, Made an enquiry with Mondo online. Took a deal with them for a package. I got the router, it was not the one I agreed to, I called and was told that it was out of stock but the deal is still the same. I called again to enquire about the package as it was not adding up as to why my GIGs would deplete in two days. I was later told that it was pro-rata and I should wait until the 27th of October 2021. I waited and I got 30G instead of the 100G that I signed up for. I requested for the call from MTN and I was told that I should call Mondo. They made me call between the two companies and I GAVE UP. They never took the first installment and they took over R600.00. I reversed that and called MTN. They told me that the sale was made through Mondo so I must contact them. Mondo had system issues, again, I was discouraged and gave up. I wanted to return the router and I only used it in Oct 2021. Up until today, I have not used it. So I finally got the strength to deal with the issue again so I requested for the call. MTN said that I should go to the store and listen to it. Was told that the sale was done with Mondo so I should call them. I cannot be staying on the phone for more than 30 minutes of my day because I have to be at work and I have to do other things as well. I am tired of trying to have this resolved.
