I am beyond speechless. I have had my mover now for about 1-2 years. Due to changes with my accounts, i requested a change to my banking details which was rejected just because it is not registered against the company registration number although it is registered as a company name. This morning i thought I'd give another try. Spent about 12 minutes on the phone just to hear: 1) Either I open a bank account that is registered against the company registration number, OR 2) I can hand it over to someone else What nonsense is this? Getting told other than this there is nothing else I can do...??? I PAID for it. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE PROFITABLE TO ME to recoup the money I spent on it. It is suppose to assist me promote my payments BUT ITS NOT! ITS A LOSS!!! I CAN'T USE IT BECAUSE IKHOKHA REJECTS ME BANK ACCOUNT!!!! And since when do you expect a customer to open a bank account just for your product? Business accounts are freaking expensive to maintain with the banks. YOU GUYS SHOULD KNOW THIS!!!! Then I get told its the FICA act. NONSENSE!!! The FICA just regulates your procedures but you determine your own SOP's so please don't dumb-frame me. I am not stupid. I have been running a business for 4 years. I know how the stuff works. I NEED ANSWERS AND I NEED THEM NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have had my business account for less than year, and during this time frame, I had nothing but problems. Absa has been charging fees that is in violation to my companies agreement with them, and they violated their own terms & conditions. Every time I brought it to their attention I just got told I agreed to it without any substantive evidence. How can the bank charge you a R100 fee if they overdrew the account? This constitutes *****!!! If you overdrew the account, charging your "Unauthorised DT balance Fee" after YOU overdrew the account, how can you victimise your customers, and encourage them to commit *****? Sies! Nowhere on paper is this fee stated with my signature next to it for the company. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. and everytime, the bank just don't come to terms and refund this unauthorised fee. SHO....SO either the bank refunds all these nonsense for the duration I had the account within the next 24 hours, or else I will gladly return the card and speedpoint, whereby you can close the account without any demands for your offences towards my company, and I will sue you for all this in court.
Absolute *****s. App**** for services 2 years ago. Iniyial debit order failed so no services are active. We have got nothing of their bills on record. They refused to come to terms then started harassing me. Now suddenly R18000 somewhat is owned? For what? Mahala? Love for money? NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEIR SERVICES!!!! I get billed for services I dont even have!!!! *****STERS!!!!!!
You guys are so dramatic, arrogant and useless. On Monday 26 June 2023 16:49 I sent you a messenger saying PLEASE DON'T SUSPEND ME. A customer has made a payment to me and I am waiting for it to reflect. No acknowledgement, No reply, No feedback. On Tuesday 27 June 2023 16:55 I got an sms saying that payment has not been made and thus I am suspended. I called in just to hear the cheekiness. On day of same at 19:55 I sent another messenger asking "How can you suspend me without attending to my queries? I don't pay you to suspend me!!!REMOVE YOUR SUSPENSION BEFORE DEMANDING PAYMENT!!!" No acknowledgement, No reply, No feedback. On day of same, after I called in, I got an email stating I am an upfront customer as I have been billed for the month of July. You request that I pay your bill in order for me to connect. I should contact you for further assistance. BUT I DON'T GET ANY ASSISTANCE!!!!! I rep**** to the mail at 20:36 saying " NO!!!!! You will first resolve my queries and uplift your unfair suspension BEFORE I PAY YOU. I DON'T PAY YOU TO SUSPEND ME!!!!! DO YOUR PART AFTER WHICH I WILL DO MINE!!!! No acknowledgement, No reply, No feedback. On wednesday 28 June 15:10, I sent ANOTHER messenger saying "Still waiting for response" No acknowledgement, No reply, No feedback. On Thursday 29 June 2023 at 15:35, 16:27, and 16:29 I called in again. The first call the consultant and team leader was rude, unprofessional and totally reluctant to assist me. I had to use different language to draw their attention to my point just to be kept hanging on the line. The second time I called, I got cut-off. The third time I called I got through just to be told it will be escalated. MY POINT IS THIS: Part of the money I pay you, goes towards after sales service in resolving queries which you don't do but you want payment? Excuse me? I don't think so. If the query of Monday 26 June was resolved you would have gotten money but you elected not to resolve it so you won't get paid, and your demands won't get you anywhere. In the mean time, over a 2 day period I lost R 5000 income due to your reluctance and suspension and you will be kept responsible therefor. You will also be kept responsible for anything that happens to my office as I cannot arm my security system due to your reluctance and suspension. In June I paid you way in advance before my due date, and what did I get for that? NOTHING!!!!!!! PREVIOUSLY I COMPLAINED ABOUT MY DUE DATE AND PAYMENT METHOD. What did I get told? I must cancel my current subscription and re-apply. So then I must pay another delivery & Activation fee and another month upfront! What guarentee do I have it will solve my problem? Nothing, Nada, Zip!!!! So YOU WILL NOT GET PAID UNTIL YOU LIFT YOUR SUSPENSION!!!! As long as your suspension is in place, you will be kept responsible for my losses. Lift my suspension, and you will start receiving payment. Easy as that. Don't be so useless. The network, no issues. BUT THE REST...SO PATHETIC ITS INDESCRIBABLE
Thank you to Brandon for replacing the geyser. Sufficient service with a quick turnaround time at an affordable cost. This was now money well spent. Definitely recommended to anyone for plumbing needs.

Rude, Unprofessional and extremely demanding even though their client is at fault. Extremely intimidating. Violating legislation and still expect you to pay them. NOT IN THIS LIFE!!!!!!
