Stay away from Dash please stick to pick n pay asap or checkers 60/60. They are a nightmare instead of saying stuff is out of stock and refund you they go and replace stuff with a total different value than what you bought. To be precise bought something for R17.99 and they decided oh it's out of stock then they take whatever suits them to replace it with though I didn't choose substitutes then they go and say your option was let the shopper choose for me when it's nowhere written on the app that when you dont choose substitutions the shopper will choose for you and what makes me disgusted is the item was R18 you go and replace with something which is almost R70 where is the mind in that. Never ever they'll see me order again it's bad and they should cut it immediately cos clearly they are failing
It was my first time here and I am never going back @newscafe Eastgate. No customer service at all then they expect tips their waiters wow, no one constantly checks on you, you must constantly look for a waiter when you need something hehe the worst bomb was when waiter dismissed the tip apparently cos it doesn't suit her well if that's how resturants operate now I bet you should write at the door that no tip no entry cos we can't even really enjoy the meals the joy it comes with and drinks, looks like tips is what's more important now than customer service and we will tip how when they give you attitude..others you could see from their faces when you call them it's like 'here we go again', they roll their eyes they not friendly at all. News cafe you must be disgraced having employed such people. Your brand I tell you it's going down the drain!!!!
Today I went to KFC in Jabulani Mall and had the best service from the cashier to the order handler it was the best. The only thing I would advise they improve on is managing the que because you spend more than 15+ minutes waiting to just place an order. But thank thank you KFC for the great service not forgetting the best food.
Had a meal here and wow what a great service. From how you are served, the clean environment, it's staff. I love it here I would recommend anyone to go
I went to FNB branch in Main Street and was frustrated because I couldn't get my ewallet on the atm and was in a hurry luckily going inside the branch was the best choice I have ever made. Met Tshiawelo Marisheni and he assisted me to sign up for the ewallet card with a few easy steps not forgetting he was very very friendly in the process. I am happy with the excellent service provided thanks Tshiawelo do it to everybody else
